The episode starts with Akshat bringing cake for Guddan who is making the baby sleep in their room. Guddan asks what special occasion is today. Akshat replies that from now onwards every day it’s going to be special, Guddan’s care day. He reminds Guddan how everybody said that she should take care of herself but since she is busy with the baby, he is the one who is going to take care of her. Guddan says that doctor didn’t ask him to make her fat with sweet cakes. Akshat says that he made a sugar free and fat free cake. Guddan says that they shall cut the cake together and upload a picture on social media as all the fans are waiting for a picture of the baby.
Akshat feeds Guddan with the baby and then waits for her to feed him too but she applies cake on his cheek and then blames the baby for asking her to do so. She also clicks pictures of Akshat and then the baby and uploads them on social media. Akshat asks her not to upload his photo but in vain. Akshat says that now God gave him two Guddans and wonders how to handle them.
Lots of people start liking and commenting on the pictures that Guddan uploaded and Guddan reads out loud the comments. Akshat reads comments on his mobile too. They are happy until Akshat finds a shocking comment and snatches Guddan’s mobile saying that they should leave all this and do productive stuff. Guddan complains as she was enjoying reading the cute comments about the baby. Akshat distracts her asking her to make a list of whatever needed for the naamkaran. Guddan leaves. Akshat thinks that he has to delete that comment from the post and find out who is behind it.
On the other hand, Durga drags Ganga aside. Ganga asks her if she has lost all the manners. Durga says that she is the one who lost all manners. She says that she is the one who sent baby’s pictures and reminds Ganga how she tried killing Guddan. Ganga denies doing it. Durga asks Ganga why she hasn’t received the pictures that everybody got then. She asks Ganga to show her phone but Ganga refuses to do it so Durga snatches it from Ganga’s hands. However, Durga doesn’t find anything and Ganga shows the picture she received too. She warns Durga that she shouldn’t ill behave with her anymore and leaves.
Later, Lakshmi, Durga and Saraswati do the arrangements for the naamkaran and pooja. Ganga looks at them from a corner and thinks that she will decide the destiny of the baby and that too with red colour of blood.
Guddan and Akshat come down with the baby and get happy seeing the decoration. Avinash bring the Pandit Ji in the house. Pandit ji asks if they shall start the pooja but Akshat says that he wants to show something to Guddan first. Ganga wonders if she is going to make things easy for her showing Guddan yesterday’s picture. Her wish remains a wish as Akshat just shows Guddan his mobile since there is her family on video call. They can’t attend the naamkaran because of corona so they will stay on videocall. Guddan gets happy seeing them.
Pandit Ji starts the pooja. He chants the mantra and then do the other rituals. Suddenly a couple shows up at the doorstep before Guddan can light up a diya stopping her. Akshat recognizes the truck driver from whose truck he got the baby. Guddan asks why she can’t light up the diya. The woman claims to be the baby’s real mother. Guddan’s family wonders what is going to happen. Akshat cuts the call saying that there must be a misunderstanding. Ganga says that she had warned them before but nobody listened to her. Guddan is confused.
Guddan asks the couple if they really said that the baby is theirs. The man says that she heard right and that baby is theirs. Guddan chuckles and thinks that they are her fans who have come to give love and blessings to the baby. The man says that they will give love and blessings to the baby but not as fans but parents. Guddan still doesn’t understand and asks them to join them for the naamkaran. Ganga whispers to Avinash that Guddan has made a comedy scene out of such a serious scene.
Guddan notices that everybody is standing shocked and asks Pandit ji to complete the pooja. Ganga gestures to the woman who starts acting and says that Guddan is a big star but she can’t sell their baby and requests her to give the baby back. Guddan starts bashing them and asks Akshat to call the police. Akshat tries to calm her down and asks the couple to go outside as he will talk to them. The family is shocked. Guddan thinks to delete the picture she uploaded on social media and calls the couple mannerless.
On the other hand, Akshat asks the couple to show some proof of what they are claiming so the man shows him a birth certificate. Akshat asks why they left the baby alone that day then. The woman says that they are poor so they left their baby at the house of such a rich family but they regretted later. They request him to give their baby back
