The episode starts with Shubhi coming to Aarav, and she also brings a protein shake for him. Aarav is surprised to see Shubhi bringing him a protein shake and asks her if she has mixed poison in it.
Shubhi tells Aarav that she has something to confess to him. She explains that she loves him and has loved him from the moment they first met. Shubhi says that she never confessed her feelings because he married Ishana. She says that she can no longer stop herself from confessing her feelings. Aarav asks Shubhi why she is speaking about her feelings now.
Shubhi tells Aarav that she always thought of Mangal as her mother, but Mangal chose to save Akshat instead of her during the bus incident. Shubhi says that if Mangal does not care for her, then she should not sacrifice her love for anyone either. Shubhi hugs Aarav and tells him that she loves him very much. She asks Aarav never to leave her, and Aarav agrees. Aarav tells Shubhi that he also loves her. He says that no matter how much Mangal and Ishana try to separate them, he will never leave her. Mangal witnesses this.
Mangal sees Shubhi coming out of Aarav’s room. She asks Shubhi what she is doing there. Mangal asks Shubhi if she has forgotten that Aarav is not a human but a demon. Shubhi looks at Aarav and asks Mangal who she is to interfere in her life. Shubhi pushes Mangal’s hand away and leaves.
Adit asks for some juice and then leaves. Sowmya spikes Adit’s juice and thinks that once he drinks it, he will not ask her to leave the house. Sowmya then leaves.
Shanti comes into the hall. Feeling thirsty, she drinks the juice. Soon, she feels dizzy. Sowmya witnesses this from afar and thinks that Shanti has ruined her plan. Kusum and Gayatri notice Shanti behaving weirdly and take her to a room so that she can rest.
Mangal sees Ishana looking sad. She approaches Ishana and asks if Aarav has done something to upset her. Ishana argues with Mangal for questioning her about Aarav. She tells Mangal that misunderstandings are normal between couples. Ishana says that Aarav will never betray her the way Adit betrayed Mangal because Aarav truly loves her. Mangal recalls Aarav accepting Shubhi’s proposal.
Mangal argues with Jairaj for making Shubhi confess her love to Aarav.
It is shown that Shubhi comes to Mangal’s hospital room. Mangal regains consciousness and asks Shubhi how she is doing. Shubhi tells Mangal that Sowmya wanted her to remove Mangal’s oxygen mask. She also says that Jairaj told her to obey whatever Sowmya says. Hearing this, Mangal asks Shubhi to remove her oxygen mask, and Shubhi does so.
Mangal tells Jairaj that she can understand why Shubhi is working for Sowmya, but she will not allow Shubhi to get close to Aarav. Jairaj says that they also need to make Aarav believe Shubhi because that way they can keep track of two of their targets. Shubhi also tells Mangal that she can handle it and asks her to trust her. Mangal agrees.
Jairaj asks Mangal if she has taken her medicine. Mangal says no. Jairaj gives her a pill and asks her to take it. Mangal asks Jairaj how he knows about her medicine. Jairaj replies that it is his duty to take care of his agents. Shubhi witnesses this.
Adit asks Kusum if Jairaj and Mangal were ever close. Kusum says no and tells Adit that Jairaj always tried to ruin Mangal’s business. Adit recalls that Jairaj admitted Mangal to the hospital and seemed worried about her while she was in her room.
Adit drinks coffee and starts feeling dizzy. Sowmya helps him back to his room.
Mangal tells Shubhi that the Haldi ceremony is tomorrow and that they must expose Aarav in front of Ishana before then. Shubhi agrees. She also tells Mangal how worried Jairaj was for her while she was in the hospital. Shubhi says that sometimes people close to them become strangers, while strangers become close to them like family. Mangal comments on this.
The next day, Adit wakes up and finds Sowmya in his bed. Adit asks Sowmya what she is doing there. Sowmya tells Adit that he was the one who pulled her into bed. She flirts with him and apologizes to him. Adit then leaves.
Aarav arrives with raw haldi and dhol players and gives the haldi to Mangal for his and Ishana’s Haldi ceremony. Mangal agrees to prepare the haldi.
Episode ends.

Our take:- Aarav accepting Shubhi’s confession has completely changed the dynamics between the characters and left Mangal shattered.
With the Haldi ceremony approaching, Mangal now faces a race against time to expose Aarav before Ishana’s life is ruined.
