The episode begins with Mangal confronting Sowmya, saying, “My family is suffering because of you, and I will expose you right here and now!” She tries calling Adit, but he doesn’t answer. Sowmya attempts to stop her, but just then, Akshat arrives. Mangal hugs him and tells him she will get him some food.
Meanwhile, Adit asks the inspector to find his father. The inspector receives some information from his team and asks Adit to identify the belongings they recovered. Adit recognizes them as Sudesh’s belongings. The inspector then informs him that it’s clear Sudesh is no more and that they need to retrieve his body. Heartbroken, Adit clutches Sudesh’s belongings and breaks down in tears.
Sowmya scolds herself for making a mistake. Akshat drinks milk and goes to watch TV. Mangal, noticing Adit is still not answering her calls, decides to talk to Kusum. She calls Kusum outside, saying she has something important to tell her. As Kusum steps out, she sees Adit arriving home with Sudesh’s belongings. Shocked, she immediately asks him about Sudesh. Adit, his voice trembling, tells her, “Sudesh is no more. The police said it’s nearly impossible to recover his body from that deep cave.” Mangal is left stunned. Refusing to believe it, Kusum calls him a liar and frantically searches for Sudesh. Mangal tries to stop her, but at that moment, Sowmya comes out, her face partially covered with a scarf to hide the slap marks.
Kusum, still desperate, pleads with Adit to tell her the truth about Sudesh. Adit repeats, “Sudesh is no more.” Sowmya, in her mind, thinks this is good news. Suddenly, Kusum clutches her chest and collapses. Adit and Mangal rush to hold her. Panicked, Adit tells Sowmya to call the doctor.
Later, the doctor examines Kusum and explains, “She lost consciousness due to high blood pressure. I’ve prescribed some medication, but if her condition worsens, you should admit her to the hospital.” The doctor then leaves. Mangal follows her, intending to ask about food.
Determined to expose Sowmya’s misdeeds, Mangal sees Adit and Sowmya stepping out together. She tells Adit, “I didn’t send that message to Sudesh,” and tries to reveal the truth about Sowmya, but Sowmya quickly interrupts. Just then, the doorbell rings. Mangal opens the door and lets in a technician, asking him to trace the location from where the message to Sudesh was sent. The technician lies, stating that the message was sent from the city hospital. Suspicious, Mangal directly asks him, “Did Sowmya bribe you?” The technician takes offense and denies the accusation. Adit, frustrated, tells the technician to leave.
Mangal pleads with Adit to trust her, insisting, “I left my phone at home that day. Sowmya is trying to frame me!” Sowmya, irritated, tells her to stop dragging her name into everything. Adit, noticing her covered face, asks, “Why are you hiding your face?” Sowmya removes the scarf, revealing the slap mark, and dramatically claims, “Mangal slapped me.
Adit turns to Mangal and demands an explanation. Mangal, frustrated, says, “She’s just trying to divert your attention!” But Adit, furious, rebukes Mangal and warns her to stay away from his family.
