The episode starts with a Sangalp saying to Malhar that Parshuram trying to break Karan’s network. If he break the network then everyone’s name come out including Malhar and Manish. Namrata asks him what have Manish did to hide his name? Malhar warns her not to interrupt in this matter. Sangalp says to Malhar that Parshuram is not an avathar to deal with him in a fear. He is also an ordinary person. We can buy him with money. He will definitely fall for their offers. We have to find out who is this Parshuram? Only Chintu and Sheetal can help them in it. Parshuram threatened Dudo so he won’t open his mouth against him.
Later, Balram says to Shivprasad that Karan is planning to attack Chintu. He will do anything to bring Kabir out of the jail. He is planning to attack Shalini, Chintu and Shivprasad. We have to do something before the court hearing. Shivprasad says to him that Parshuram can handle him. Malhar calls Shivprasad to invite his family to dine out in a restaurant. Shalini opens the door and surprised to see Shivprasad there. She scolds him for knocked the door soundly. He apologized to her. Chintu and Shivprasad asks Shalini to stay inside the house. They will check the power supply. Chintu notices the goons outside. Shivprasad informs Balram about the incident and ask him to get rid of the goons.

Our take;
Karan Kulkarni send goons to threaten Shivprasad’s family. They are not ready to withdraw the case at any cost. Karan Kulkarni suspects that Shivprasad is hiding something from him. He sends goons to spy him but Shivprasad get rid of them. Sheetal also giving a hard time to Shivprasad.
