The episode starts with Raghav telling Pragati that she is just a normal human who loses her Naagin powers. Pragati runs from there. Meenakshi and Sundar pray for Pragati’s well-being. Raghav, Mehek, Asita, and Suwarna corner Pragati. Raghav says to Pragati that her chapter has ended. Pragati says she won’t leave this world until she takes her revenge. Sundar goes to the storeroom. He notices the box he got in Yamuna’s river is opened. He sees Pratha’s photo in it. He gets shocked and thinks about the connection.
Raghav says your game is over. Pragati asks him not to do anything which will make him regret it later. Mehek asks him to punish Pragati. Pragati says your father is a good human being, don’t become the culprit by killing me. He holds her and shoots at her stomach and pushes her from the cliff. Pragati falls down from the cliff. Mehek smirks. She tells Raghav that he took his father’s revenge. They leave from there.
Snake holds Pragati. Shiv blesses Pragati. Meenakshi and Sundar are worried about Pragati. Vidhi tells her parents that she tracked Pragati’s location which is in the jungle. Raghav tells paralyzed Ajay that he took revenge on the girl who was responsible for his state. Ajay gets shocked. Mehek sends Raghav to take a rest. Suwarna tells Mehek that Raghu may also take his rebirth. Mehek looks on.
Sundar searches for Pragati in the jungle. Snakes guide him to Pragati’s place. Sundar prays to Snakes to allow him to take his daughter home. Snakes leave from there. Sundar takes Pragati with him.
Raghav feels haunted by Pragati’s death. Prashant sees Pragati with Sundar. Prashant tells Sundar that nothing will happen to Pragati as she is Naagin. Sundar doesn’t believe it. Prashant removes the bullet from Prathna’s wound. Sundar asks Prashant how he has to believe his words. Prashant says Pragati is the reincarnation of Prathna and she is back for her revenge. Prashant reveals how Prathna died and how her soul entered his daughter. Sundar says he felt bad all these years for not helping Prathna and I was unaware that she was born as his daughter.
Raghav gets haunted by Pragati’s thoughts. Pragati regains her consciousness. Sundar asks her how she got attacked. Prathna says Raghav deceived me and tried to kill me. Sundar asks Pragati to return home. Pragati tells him she won’t return home until she takes Naagmani from Mehek which is the property of their Naaglok. She asks him to leave. Pragati vows to take revenge on Raghav. Raghav gets blurry flashes of his past. He feels haunted.
The next day, Mehek says she is so happy. Pradeep asks her what the reason is. Mehek says I went hunting last night and it made me happy. Pradeep gets scared. Suwarna takes Mehek aside and asks why she killed the nurse again. Mehek says she hates questions so she killed them. Asita asks them to not argue. She says a new nurse is coming. Pragati disguises herself as a nurse and enters Raghav’s place. She decides to take her revenge. Raghav, Mehek, Asita, and Suwarna see her. Raghav asks why he feels he saw her somewhere. Pragati rebukes him. Suwarna takes Pragati to Ajay’s room.
Meenakshi scolds Sundar for sending Pragati to work. Sundar asks her to not stress him and leaves. Meenakshi feels Sundar is hiding something from him. Sundar goes to his room. He locks the room and thinks that he gave word to Pragati that he won’t reveal her Naagin truth to anyone.
Pragati gives an injection to Ajay. Ajay recognizes Prathna. He holds Prathna’s hand and falls down calling her name. Raghav comes there. He makes his father sleep on the bed. He asks the nurse how his father fell down. Pragati says he has a moment. Raghav doesn’t believe her. He asks Pragati to take care of his father and leaves. Ajay holds Pragati’s hand again. Pragati tells him I understood that you found that im Prathna but your son deceived me so I will take my revenge. Pragati decides to get back her ring from Raghav.
Raghav sees Pragati’s ring. Pragati meets Takshak and tells him how Raghav deceived her and says Raghav can’t be her Raghu. Suwarna tells Mehek that Raghu will take his rebirth too. Mehek and Asita make fun of her. Raghav enters the store room. He imagines Pragati everywhere. He sees Prathna and Raghu’s photo. He feels confused and thinks about what happened.
Takshak tells Pragati that she can’t face Mehek alone. Pragati asks how she can find Shesh Naag. Takshak tells her that the new Shesh Naag will get the ring of Shesh Naag. Pragati says Raghu doesn’t have a ring. Takshak says it was the previous Shesh Naag ring and it will choose its successor. Raghav feels dizzy seeing the ring. Pragati decides to take back her ring from Raghav to get back her Naagin powers to take Naagmani from Mehek. Pragati asks Shiv to show her a way to defeat Mehek.
Episode ends.
Precap – Raghav becomes Shesh Naag. Mehek witnesses it and understands that Raghav is Shesh Naag and decides to use him to get the treasure.
