The episode starts with Nehmat screaming in labor pain. Ekam grows restless at hearing her scream. He prays to God to help that girl. The doctor tries to keep Nehmat awake. Sartaj reaches the hospital and urges the nurse to let her go to Nehmat. The nurse refuses. She lets him in when he says that he is also a doctor. Harleen is shocked at hearing this and realizes that Nehmat is in the labor ward.
Sartaj goes to Nehmat and motivates her to push up. He says that this is her and Ekam’s child, so she has to give birth to this child at any cost. Nehmat imagines Ekam in Sartaj’s place. Ekam motivates Nehmat to push. Nehmat finally delivers the baby. Sartaj wakes Nehmat and says that she gave birth to a girl who is Nehmat and Ekam’s child. Harleen overhears this standing outside the room. She is shocked and recalls Baba congratulating Ekam on going to become a father. She leaves, crying. Ekam asks a nurse if the pregnant lady is fine. The nurse tells him that she gave birth to a girl.
Meanwhile, outside the hospital, Harleen cries hard and breaks everything out of anger. She blames Nehmat for betraying her by having a a baby with Ekam despite knowing that she loves Ekam. She says that she will never forgive Nehmat. She bursts into tears. On the other hand, Nehmat holds her baby in her arms and names Aaliya. She kisses her forehead. Abhi mujh mein kahin plays in the BG. The nurse takes the baby to NICU. There, Harleen vows to never let Ekam know that Nehmat has become the mom of his child.
Ekam sees the nurse taking the baby. He feels attracted to the baby and places his hand over the baby’s head. He pleads with the nurse to hold the baby in his hand once. The nurse agrees. Just then, Harleen arrives there. In the present, Ekam and Aaliya play boxing. Aaliya says to Ekam that both Harleen and Ekam love her and asks why Harleen doesn’t want to send her to the summer camp while he wants her to go there. Ekam says that he thinks that Aaliya is stronger, while Harleen thinks that she can cry, missing them. Aaliya asks Ekam to convince Harleen. Ekam tells Aaliya how he was happy the first time he held her in his hands.
Four years ago. Harleen prevents Ekam from lifting Aaliya. She asks the nurse to take the baby NICU. She tries to convince Ekam to leave without seeing the doctor, but Ekam wants to meet the doctor. Harleen is scared of Ekam going back to Nehmat if he finds out about Nehmat becoming mother to his child. So, she decides to find a way to avoid it and decides to call Jasmine to get her help.
Sartaj phones Nimmo and asks where she’s. Nimmo says that she’s in Gurudwara. Jasmine is also there. She doesn’t want Jasmine to follow her and find out about Nehmat, so she’s not moving from there. Sartaj tells Nimmo the good news. Nimmo becomes happy and feels pity that Nehmat can’t share the good news with Ekam. Nimmo asks Sartaj the hospital address. Sartaj says that he will take Nehmat and the baby home and asks Nimmo to meet them at home.
Nimmo thinks of informing Swaroop of the good news. Swaroop tells the Sandhus that Nehmat gave birth to a girl, which shocks the Sandhus. Swaroop realizes what she said. She covers it and says that Nimmo’s relative gave birth to a girl. The Sandhus become happy. Satti wishes that Nehmat and Harleen could also conceive. Harleen and Ekam meet the doctor. Harleen thinks that Nehmat gave birth to Ekam’s child, so she can’t give up. She asks the doctor if she can become a mom through the surrogacy procedure. The doctor nods yes. She asks that they have to make sure that Harleen can’t conceive through any other medical procedure before that. Ekam wants Harleen to do the check up right now, but Harleen makes excuses of tiredness to leave the hospital. Ekam agrees. On the way, Ekam gives the nurse a cover to give to the baby. Harleen is surprised to see the connection between Ekam and Nehmat. She vows to never let Ekam and Nehmat reunite.

Precap: The doctor says to Nehmat that her baby is critical. Nehmat shouts Aaliya. Aaliya meets Nehmat. Nehmat is surprised to see Aaliya is also have a birth mark on her wrist like her.
