The episode starts with Chirag playing with Hasmukh. Bapodara’s friend Mahesh sees Chirag playing and says, “Chirag is playing like a champion,” and tells Bapodara about it. Chirag, not being a champion, replies to Mahesh that he is the champion as he won the national championship in carroms.
Chirag wins the game against Hasmukh. Titli, seeing this, agrees to eat her food. Bapodara asks Mahesh not to tell anyone that Chirag is a national carroms champion. Bapodara dares Chirag to play against his friend if he has the guts. Dileep also encourages Chirag to play. Chirag agrees.
At the beginning of the game, Mahesh has the upper hand.
In the prison, Kadambari talks with the prisoners who are going to be transported with her. She plans how to escape during the transportation.
In the chawl, Susheela reveals to Pushpa that Bapodara’s friend is a national champion. Pushpa is shocked and later tells Dileep about it.
Kadambari tells the prisoners they will escape using a bomb blast. She explains that to escape, they need to consider four things:
1. The route of transportation
2. The vehicle in which they will be transported
3. The people involved in their transportation
4. Bribing one of the cops to help them
Kadambari assures the prisoners that she will take care of the rest.
Bapodara taunts Chirag, telling him that the one playing against him is a national champion. Chirag is shocked but still manages to win the game under pressure.
Pushpa receives a call from the doctor, who asks her to come and meet him to discuss Titli’s medical condition. Pushpa agrees and, along with Dileep, leaves to meet the doctor.
Mahesh praises Chirag for his carroms talent and suggests he play professionally. Chirag modestly declines, saying he is not that good, but agrees to think about it. He then leaves.
Mahesh tells Bapodara’s family that tomorrow is the last day to submit an application for the tournament and asks Bapodara to write and submit it. Bapodara agrees. Mahesh then leaves.
Pushpa learns from the doctor that Titli needs another heart as her current heart is not pumping blood properly. Pushpa grows anxious upon hearing this.
Prarthna asks Chirag to participate in the carroms tournament. Pushpa and Dileep return home. Pushpa sends Chirag away and reveals to the family that Titli needs a heart transplant to survive. Deepti becomes emotional upon hearing this. Pushpa warns the family that no one should tell Titli about her medical condition.
Prarthna approaches Titli and hugs her. Titli asks why, and Prarthna says it is for strength. Titli agrees.
Bapodara urges Chirag to take part in the carroms tournament. Chirag, in turn, reveals to Bapodara that Titli needs a heart transplant, leaving Bapodara shocked.
Prarthna gets ready to perform in Natyam. Pushpa encourages her to stay positive about Titli and not to worry.
The episode ends.
Precap: Titli’s condition worsens in the hospital. The doctor tells Pushpa that only if a person is about to die and has written that they are willing to donate their heart to Titli, will she not have to wait for a donor.
