The episode starts with Karthik telling Deepa that she betrayed him by hiding the truth about his father from him. Deepa tells Karthik that she did it for his sake. She also reminds him that he hid Jyoti’s matter from her. Karthik tells Deepa that the doctor had advised him not to stress Jyoti, as she is already going through a lot. Deepa says that both of them hid the truth from each other while thinking about the other person. Karthik comments on this.
Ranjit asks Kailashnath why he called him and asks if it is about business. Kailashnath tells Ranjit that it is about his deeds. He reprimands Ranjit for betraying Kanchan and marrying someone else. Ranjit says that it is his personal matter. Kailashnath replies that Kanchan is like a daughter to him, so he has the right to question him. Kailashnath scolds Ranjit. Kanika comments on Ranjit, saying, “Like father, like son.” Kailashnath agrees with Kanika’s comment, saying that Karthik married Deepa and ruined their family reputation, while Ranjit betrayed Kanchan and married someone else. Kailashnath tells Ranjit that he no longer has any respect for him. Ranjit replies that if that is the case, he should not stay there since he has no respect in that house. Kailashnath asks Ranjit to get out and comments on it. Ranjit leaves from there.
Karthik notices Jyoti’s voice coming from Kanchan’s room. He takes Jyoti out of the room and talks to her. Jyoti then questions Karthik about why he and Deepa are arguing. Karthik tries to deny it, but Jyoti says that she saw it with her own eyes. Jyoti suddenly has trouble breathing. Karthik recalls the doctor warning him that Jyoti should not experience any kind of stress. Deepa and Karthik ask Jyoti not to worry anymore and promise that they will not fight and will always stay together. Jyoti asks them not to fight and says she is happy seeing both of them together. Karthik and Deepa agree. They feel relieved seeing Jyoti getting better.
Deepa takes care of Kanchan. Kanchan recalls how she rejected Deepa in the past. She apologizes to Deepa for not accepting her earlier. Kanchan gifts a necklace to Deepa and accepts her as Karthik’s wife. Karthik comes to Kanchan and asks how she is. Kanchan requests Karthik to take her out of the house, saying she cannot stay there anymore. Karthik agrees.
Bhagyasree comes to Karthik’s house and greets him. She comforts Kanchan and talks to her. Kanchan says she is thinking of leaving the house. Bhagyasree tells Kanchan that she can come and live in their home. However, Karthik does not agree.
Episode ends.
Precap: The Kothari family warmly invites Kanchan into the house and makes Karthik, Deepa, and Jyoti stay in the outhouse.
Our take:-Kanchan finally realizing Deepa’s goodness and accepting her was the emotional highlight of the episode.
Karthik and Deepa putting aside their differences for Jyoti also added a heartfelt moment.
However, the tension in the Kothari family seems far from over.
