The episode starts with Akash facing the biggest shock of his life when Neetu, his office boss, openly confesses her love and proposes to him despite knowing that he is already married. For a long time, Riya had been warning Akash about Neetu’s growing attachment toward him. She repeatedly asked him to maintain a professional distance and set clear boundaries, but Akash ignored her concerns every single time. He always believed Riya was overthinking the situation. However, Neetu’s proposal finally makes Akash realise how serious the matter had become. Sachin and Sayali also admit that Akash made a major mistake by not understanding Riya’s discomfort earlier. Feeling embarrassed and disturbed, Akash quietly leaves the place with Riya and returns home.
Once they reach the Deshmukh house, Riya can no longer suppress her pain and frustration. She finally speaks out against the emotional stress she has been tolerating for so long inside the family. Hurt and emotionally exhausted, she locks herself inside the room. Her anger and disappointment continue to grow stronger. Within a few minutes, Riya makes a shocking decision — she starts packing her belongings to leave the house forever.
Paresh and Renuka become deeply worried and repeatedly request Riya to calm down and listen to them once before taking such a drastic step. They try their best to stop her, but Riya has already reached her breaking point. She reminds everyone that she had warned Akash several times about Neetu and had only expected him to act responsibly as a husband. She had requested him to keep his personal and professional life separate, yet Akash never took her concerns seriously. Now, Riya refuses to stay in a house where her emotions were ignored repeatedly. Determined and heartbroken, she walks out of the Deshmukh house despite everyone trying to stop her.
After Riya’s departure, the entire Deshmukh family realises that their home is slowly falling apart. Akash also goes after Riya in an attempt to convince her to return, but he fails to justify his careless behaviour. Renuka becomes furious and scolds Akash for allowing Neetu to get emotionally involved with him. Akash defends himself by saying that he never intentionally encouraged Neetu’s feelings. However, he also admits that if he had established proper boundaries earlier, things would never have reached this stage. Renuka sadly comments that if Akash had worked at Riya’s restaurant instead of outside, such complications might never have happened. Even then, Akash continues blaming Neetu’s foolishness more than accepting his own mistakes completely.
Later that night, Sayali breaks down emotionally while thinking about Riya leaving the family. She feels that one after another, problems are destroying the happiness of the Deshmukh household. Tejas and Roshni’s divorce had already shaken the family, and now Riya’s exit has created another painful crack in their relationships. Sayali becomes scared that all the dreams she once had for the family may never come true. Seeing her emotional state, Sachin comforts her lovingly and assures her that one day everything will become normal again and all their dreams will be fulfilled.

Our Take:
This episode strongly highlights how lack of communication and ignorance in relationships can slowly destroy trust. Riya’s pain felt genuine because she repeatedly tried to make Akash understand her discomfort, but he failed to act at the right time. The emotional breakdown of the Deshmukh family was heartbreaking, especially Sayali’s fear of losing the family’s happiness forever.
Will Riya forgive Akash and return to the Deshmukh house? Will Akash finally accept his mistakes completely and change himself?
