The episode starts with Dev taking his medicine. A patient named Dhruv is admitted right beside Dev. Dev notices rashes on Dhruv’s neck.
Vani talks to Dhruv and asks him if he was doing any physical activity, as he lost consciousness while walking.
Dhruv recalls escaping from the security guards and running away from them. Dhruv tells Vani that he wasn’t doing any physical activity. Vani asks Dhruv to take rest and leaves.
Mohit asks Dhruv not to upload the video. Dhruv agrees.
Vani and Abhir look at Dhruv’s patient reports and think everything is normal. Vani wonders what the reason for the patient’s dizziness is.
Abhir asks Vani how Dev is doing. Vani tells Abhir that she thought Dev would have trouble managing, but he handled it pretty well.
Dhruv comes and talks to Dev. Dhruv tells Dev that he is an influencer, posts about himself on social media, and earns money. Dhruv later receives a message from Mohit and becomes anxious after seeing it.
Vani searches for the pendant that was given to her by Dev, as she has lost it somewhere. Shristi notices Pratibha holding a pendant that she has found. Shristi takes it and brings it to Vani.
Shristi asks Vani if the pendant belongs to her. Vani says yes. Shristi notices the letters “DV” on the pendant. She says V stands for Vani and asks what D stands for. Abhir says D stands for Doctor. Shristi then leaves.
Sunny changes the medical report in Raghav Singh’s case file with the help of a hacker. Sunny gives the medical report to Shristi. Shristi reviews it and feels relieved that Raghav Singh died of natural causes.
Dev goes for his treatment with Girish and Vani. While undergoing treatment, Dev thinks about Dhruv. Dev wakes up after a while and leaves.
Dev returns to his room and notices Mohit asking Dhruv when he is going to upload the video. Dhruv says he will upload it once they get out of there. Dhruv notices Dev and sends Mohit away.
Dhruv complains to Dev about the hospital food. Dev asks Dhruv if he wants something better to eat. Dhruv says yes. Dev and Dhruv sneak out of their room and go to the cafeteria kitchen.
Dev asks the chef to make vada pav for them. The chef agrees.
Pratibha notices that Dev and Dhruv are not in their room and thinks they have left. She informs Sunny about it.
Sunny, Shristi, and others check the video and see that Dev and Dhruv have snuck out of the room.
Dev tries to find out what Dhruv is hiding from the doctors so that they can diagnose him correctly. While talking to Dev, Dhruv has a seizure. Dev asks the chef to call the doctor.
Sunny reprimands Dev for taking Dhruv out of his room when he should be under observation. Dev says he is just trying to find out what Dhruv is hiding from the doctors so they can diagnose him correctly. Dhruv reminds Dev that he is just a patient right now and lashes out at him.
The episode ends.
