The episode starts with Shristi telling Dev that he can stay in the hospital only as a junior aide. Dev asks Shristi if he will not be able to become a doctor. Shristi tells Dev that a junior aide means he will assist the intern doctors. She adds that he cannot treat patients and can only follow doctors’ instructions.
Sunny disagrees with Shristi’s proposal and says it is an insult to Dev. He asks Dev to refuse the offer, but Dev agrees to it. Shristi reconfirms with Dev that he cannot take part in any medical activities. Dev asks if he can at least participate in diagnosis, but Shristi says no. Dev agrees and leaves. Sunny tells Shristi that what she has done is wrong. Shristi reminds him that she is the CEO of the hospital and has the authority to make this decision.
Uditanshu complains to Sunny that all the cleaning staff have gone on strike and asks who will clean the mess in the hospital. Sunny says that a new junior aide has joined and he will handle it. He points to Dev and introduces him as the new junior aide. Uditanshu is shocked to hear this.
Dev tells Vaani that he is going to work as a junior aide in the hospital. Vaani is shocked. Dev says he will become the best doctor in the world and the best husband to his wife, Shristi. Shristi overhears their conversation and is shocked. She leaves from there.
Uditanshu informs the doctors that Dev has become a junior aide and says he will take revenge on him. Dev approaches Uditanshu and tells him that instead of seeking revenge on his former boss, he should wish for something better from God, and comments on his attitude.
Later, Uditanshu tells Dev that since the cleaning staff are on strike, he must clean the entire hospital. Dev agrees. Sunny observes this and thinks they will see how long Dev can handle it.
Abhir treats an elderly patient and tells him that he looks fine but needs to stay in the hospital for a few days. The patient and his wife agree.
Dev enters the room and says he needs to clean it. Abhir and Tanvi leave.
Dev notices that the patient is unable to see clearly and has pain in his leg. Suddenly, the patient has a seizure. Dev administers a nasal spray and provides first aid. Abhir arrives and takes over.
Vaani and Abhir begin diagnosing the patient. Dev enters again to clean the room. Abhir praises Dev and says it’s a good thing the condition is not epilepsy, or it would have been serious. He reminds Dev that junior aides do not have the right to diagnose patients. Vaani interrupts him. Abhir says he is just following protocol. Dev shares his observations about the patient’s symptoms, including vision issues. Tanya notes them down.

Our Take:-Dev’s decision to accept the junior aide role shows his determination, but it also highlights how unfairly he’s being treated.
Shristi’s strict stance feels more like ego than professionalism, especially when Dev proves his capability.
The episode builds strong tension, with Dev silently winning respect despite constant humiliation.
