The episode starts with Sheetal failing to recognise Rocky due to her Korsakoff syndrome. Sheetal asks Rocky to stay away from her. Jignesh also warns Rocky to stay away from Sheetal and tells him that he is going to marry Sheetal in an hour.
Sunny asks Rocky who he is. He asks the security guards to throw Rocky out of the hospital and leaves. Dev stops the security guards, tells them that he knows Rocky, and asks them to leave. The security guards agree and leave.
Rocky asks Dev what happened and why Sheetal has forgotten him. Dev tells Rocky that Sheetal has forgotten him because of Korsakoff syndrome. Dev asks Rocky how long their love story has been going on. Rocky tells Dev that they have loved each other for 2½ years. Dev tells Rocky that Sheetal will definitely remember him then. Sunny thinks this is a good chance to create a bad impression of Dev in Manohar’s mind.
Sunny asks Dev who Rocky is. Dev says that Rocky and Sheetal love each other. Sunny asks Dev if he is interfering in the patient’s personal life again. He comments on Dev and asks him not to interfere too much in the patient’s life. Sunny reminds Dev that he is not a doctor. Manohar Shukla witnesses this and develops a bad impression of Dev because of it.
Shristi argues with Dev because she had asked him not to get into trouble, but he is breaking protocol. Shristi asks Dev who Rocky is. Dev tells Shristi that Rocky and Sheetal love each other. He asks Shristi not to allow the marriage to happen because Sheetal’s mental condition is not good. Shristi comments on Dev. Dev thinks that there is only one way to save Sheetal’s life, and that is to find out the trigger for her Korsakoff syndrome. Realising there is not much time left, Dev leaves.
After talking to Sunny about Sheetal’s condition, Vani leaves. She recalls that Dev had regained his memories from three years ago, when he proposed to her. Girish asks Vani if she looks happy because of Dev. Vani says yes and tells Girish the reason. Dev comes to Girish and Vani and asks them what they are talking about. Vani covers it up by saying they are discussing Sheetal’s condition. Rocky comes to Dev and asks about Sheetal. Dev says that Girish is the psychiatrist and that he will explain Sheetal’s condition to him. Rocky holds Girish’s legs and asks him when Sheetal will remember him. Girish says that Sheetal has retrograde amnesia, and they cannot determine when she will regain her memories.
The registrar arrives at the hospital to conduct the wedding of Sheetal and Jignesh. Rocky learns about the registrar and tries to beat him up. Dev and the other doctors stop Rocky. Dev catches Rocky when he stumbles and suddenly recalls that Sheetal forgot Rocky after she stumbled earlier. Dev realises that this might be the trigger and comes up with a plan to help Sheetal remember Rocky.
Shristi tries to stop the wedding of Jignesh and Sheetal, saying that she cannot allow Sheetal to sign any legal documents considering her mental condition. She also says that Rocky might genuinely be Sheetal’s boyfriend. Jignesh’s mother says that the wedding was fixed three months ago, and if Sheetal had not liked it, she would have told her parents. Sheetal’s parents also say that there is nothing like that. Hearing this, Shristi fails to stop the wedding.
Vani helps Sheetal walk and deliberately trips her. Sheetal stumbles and suddenly remembers Rocky. She tells Jignesh that she cannot marry him because she loves Rocky. Jignesh’s family argues with Sheetal and her family before leaving. Sheetal’s family finally accepts Rocky.
The episode ends.
