The episode starts with Amardeep reuniting with Parminder. Amardeep asks Parminder if he is still angry with him. Parminder tells Amardeep that a father can never be angry with his son. Parminder and Amardeep share an emotional reunion.
Parminder later collapses on the spot. He tells Sweety that they will celebrate Christmas in London with Amardeep and says that he has kept his word. Sweety agrees.
Dev comes to Parminder. Parminder thanks Dev for making his last wish come true. He also asks Dev to fight for his promise. Dev praises Parminder, saying he is great. Parminder tells Dev that he has learned from him that as long as there is breath, there is a chance. Parminder breathes his last.
Later, Dev thinks about Parminder’s words. He goes to Shristi. Shristi tells Dev that what he did for Parminder was truly great and comments on it.
Shristi says that there can never be such a great send-off for him, as he is going to leave the hospital. Dev tells Shristi that he is not going to leave and that he will stay to pursue his love. He confesses that he loves her. Shristi argues with Dev and says that the universe does not revolve around him. She comments on his behavior and tells him that she has moved on in her life and that it is better for him to accept it. Dev replies that it is her truth, not his, and repeats that he loves her. Shristi says that Jia will suffer a lot because of his actions. Dev says that he will not trouble them and leaves. Sunny arrives, sees Dev leaving, and asks Shristi what happened. Shristi comments on Dev.
Dev tells Vani and Girish that he is not going to leave the hospital. Girish asks why he suddenly changed his decision. Dev says it is magic. Vani recalls telling Girish that she also deserves a little magic from the universe. She leaves and thanks the universe.
Rajiv tries to help Arya enter the hospital through the window. Vani spots Rajiv, and Arya leaves. Vani argues with Rajiv for trying to help Arya enter this way. Rajiv pleads with Vani to allow Arya to enter, saying she is family. Vani says that Arya is not his family. Rajiv comments on Vani. Vani tries to leave the room but finds the door locked. Dev tells Vani from outside that he will not open the door until they reconcile.
Rajiv asks Dev to open the door, saying he cannot stay in the room with Vani and that she will kill him. Vani comments on Rajiv. Shristi asks Dev why he is sitting there. Dev says that he has locked Vani and Rajiv in the room. Shristi is shocked. Dev reminds her that she once locked Jia and Dhruv in a room when they were kids to end their argument. Shristi recalls this and agrees.
Vani sees that Rajiv is in pain and helps him sit down. She later asks where he learned to play the guitar so well and reminds him how much he used to love it. Rajiv agrees. He apologizes to Vani for taking all the money and running away. He explains that he took the money for his business, but it failed. Vani says he could have asked her. Rajiv replies that he couldn’t ask because she had already given him money twice before, and both ventures failed. Vani reminds Rajiv that he is her brother and comments on it. Dev opens the door. Vani thanks Dev and says that he has given her brother back. Dev comments on it.
Devayani tells Sunny that she doesn’t care if Dev stays in the hospital, but the plan must not change. She says the deal with VK Company will happen on time and warns Sunny that if it doesn’t, he will lose more than her.
Dev runs into Digvijay and asks if he came for Shristi. Digvijay says yes. Dev apologizes for his earlier behavior. Digvijay confronts Dev, saying that Shristi has been troubled because of him. Dev says he stayed for his love. Digvijay replies that Dev has already lost his love and comments on it.
Episode ends.
