Written By; ANIL MERANI| Something interesting is happening to the Star Plus show, Zindagi Mere Ghar Aaana, which has always been under the spotlight due to low ratings. This’s show topline casting include Hasan Zaidi and Esha Kansara.
Zindagi’s 7 pm slot was quite dicey, for it was up against Colors chartbuster Udaariyan. Off late, the grapevine was abuzz with news that Zindagi might lose its place with the arrival of the new show Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Se. At first, sources suggested that maybe Ittefaq will come at 9 pm and Saath Nibhanaa Saathiya 2, which airs at the above super-prime slot, will move to 7 pm, shunting Zindagi to early evening.
That fear finally came true when Just a few hours ago, Star Plus dropped the promo of its shift to 5.30. pm. Another star Promo announced the coming of Ittefaq, which star Yesha Rughani and Delnaz Irani, on 3rd Jan at 7 pm.
However, Zindagi producer Zama Habib has announced on FB that his show is ending. We represent his post in toto.
“So the birthday gift to my wife today was my announcement that our show “Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana” is going off-air. And she said, “This is the most ‘memorable’ gift”.
Well, we celebrated her birthday on the set. And I must thank my team for standing by me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for giving me this LOVE & RESPECT.

He has not spoken about off-air date or time slot modifications. Our messages to Zama Ji came unanswered.
Our queries to StarPlus also did not bear any fruit. We need to wait and watch if the show shift from 3rd or goes off air, as Zama has said. There is no clarity on the same as of now
Mostly original shows that get relegated to 5.30 pm quickly go off the air. We have recent examples of Mehendi Hai Rachne Wali and Aapki Nazron Mein, which too met their Waterloos after being moved to 5.30 pm.
