Episode begins with Niyati enjoys the rain. Niyati’s friend Shayra comes there and tells her that because of the latter atleast four people going to lose their job today. She asks her that does the latter even remember the hospital rules. Niyati tells her that patient’s happiness matters the most for her. Shayra asks her that why the latter worrying about patients when their own family don’t care about them. Niyati tells her that as a Nurse they should give hope to their patients. Shayra tells her that they can’t explain this to Dr Anand.
After some time, Niyati and others celebrates one patient’s birthday. That patient gets sad saying that no one remembers her birthday from her family. Niyati video calls the patient’s son and makes him wish the patient. Dr Anand comes there and taunts them for celebrating birthday in the hospital. He tells them that they deserves punishment for this act. Niyati takes the whole blame and accepts the punishment too.
Later, Anand tells Niyati that he will drop her. She refuses his offer. He tells her that outside hospital they are friends so he can do this much atleast. She tells him that she will manage it and leaves from there. She picks her mother’s call and tells her that she will reach the home soon. She runs behind her umbrella and tries to get it which is hanging on the tree. One guy sees that ( Title song plays in the background ). She is about to fall but he holds her and they shares an eye lock.
Niyati’s father reaches home and asks his wife about Niyati. She taunts him for not worrying about Niyati’s marriage. That guy mocks Niyati for taking risk to get a umbrella. She tells him that her father gifted it and she didn’t ask for his help so she can manage it.
Niyati’s father asks his wife that what’s her problem. She tells him that she has problem with Niyati’s actions because she is doing social service instead of just concentrating on her work. She informs him that Niyati didn’t take lift from Anand and asks him to think about Niyati’s marriage. He gets glimpses of the past and glares her. She tells him to not glare her. She asks him that can he answer Niyati if she asked him that why he don’t want her marriage to happen. She tells him that she is worried thinking that what will happen with Niyati once she finds out about her past. He tells her that Niyati’s marriage can’t happen and past won’t come in front of her.
Meanwhile, that guy helps Niyati to get her umbrella. She thanks him and moves from there but she didn’t get any auto. He offers lift in his bike and she accepts it. He introduces himself as Abhimanyu to her. Abhimanyu’s mother searches him and her Driver consoles her. Niyati thanks Abhimanyu for dropping her. He tells her that they will meet again because that’s what destiny wants.
