TV presenter and Bigg Boss 7 contender Andy Kumar is facing fans bashing for body shaming Bigg Boss 15 winner Tejasswi Prakash. It started when Andy passed an inappropriate comment on the diva during the discussion on Lock Upp. Tejasswi hit the controversial show finale and stole the spotlight in black outfit.
VJ Andy judged Prakash’s figure and styling. Fans highlighted his inapt behaviour towards the actress and took a stand on behalf of every women out there. Under the hastag ANDY STOP BODYSHAMING WOMEN fans bashed him for judging Tejasswi and demanded an apology.
In reply to the trend Andy took his twitter account and defended himself. He said the comment was passed on the dress and the designer and not on the dive. His quoted “Yes the whole point was she’s not big why try to make her look so? Very much on dress & designer. If you’ve seen it, do you not remember I was praising her?? But hey you only wanna see it in a negative way that shows youre POV. Not mine,”
He also added, Awe you’re Lovely! It’s actually funny if you watch the review you can clearly see I was praising Tejasswi & comments are about the dress or rather the designer. A trend is a trend so let’s just thank them for making me so important.
