Episode begins with Anupama scolding Vanraj. Anupama says you don’t even have any idea what was going on back there, how could you be so selfish. Vanraj says I told you everything on that letter and I have nothing left to say. Anupama says you should teach others how to run as you are so good and came so far by running. Anupama says everything was happening according to what you wanted still you wete the one running, behind you I had to handle our kids, baa bauj and even my sautan Kavya, how is this justice to me? Pakhi is non stop crying from the day you left, Toshu left his work and came here and Samar is going to every possible hotels to find you, why are you punishing us? Vanraj is silent. Anupama says divorce is of yours and mine, and I am the one who will be facing the blame of it after divorce still I have to go through everything, why are you doing this?.
Vanraj turns around and says I got hurt and Adi brought me here, I said him not to call you but still he did. He turns around to see Toshu going and taking a call and here Anupama has fainted and fallen in the ground. He panics and calls Toshu and asks him to bring a cart. Toshu runs. Vanraj remembers all the time he has given Anupama tension and tears. He feels sad. He tries to wake Anupama.
Here, Kavya thinks it has been so long since Anupama and Toshu went but still she got no calls, why haven’t Anupama called ans atleast inform me what has happened? Nandini says they found Vanraj there, Toshu just called. Kavya says I knew it, this Anupama is still playing games with me, she found herself alone with Vanraj so she didn’t even inform me. Nandini says if that would have been the case then Anupama could have stopped Toshu as well right? Nandini tells Kavya that it depends on her how she wants to see the situation just like the water bottle she is holding, she can either see it half filled or half empty.
There, Toshu brings the cart, Vanraj carries Anupama and puts her in the cart. Adi is driving and calms them. Adi treats and checks Anupama. Adi comes out and Vanraj asks him what happened to Anupama. Adi doesn’t answer and takes a jug of juice and overflows the glass. Vanraj says what are you doing? Adi says this has what has happened with Anupama overflow. Adi empties the glass to a tray and says she is completely empty now. Vanraj is shocked.
Toshu video calls Kinjal and tells her how Anupama fainted. Kinjal asks Toshu to bring his whole family together. Kinjal says you do the arrangements there and she will bring his family there. Kinjal pacifies a worried Toshu. Kinjal says pay the bill from our card as Vanraj might get tensed. Toshu thinks of all the fighta of him and Kinjal when he blamed her to think his dad as the villian and mom as rhe hero. Toshu says I always blamed Anupama and never supported her, I wish I could have supported her atleast then things might have been different.
Toshu also apologies to Kinjal for always scolding her when she was the one right. Here, Adi explains to Vanraj how woman are so patient but men have very less patience in them, they take the woman around them for so granted that they forgot to ask the wellbeing of the woman and woman still does immense sacrifices with or without getting anything in return but this way they are draining themselves out. Adi says everyone has limits even woman have, we men need to understand it or else we all are murderers of the beloved woman in our lives as mentally we drain them and kill them. Vanraj says how will Anupama get better?
Adi says you can either keep her here or in any hospital. Vanraj says we will keep her here. Adi says okay we will handle everything you just have to call few experts. Adi gives name of Vanraj’s family and says there is no great healer than family for a person. Adi orders a person to do arrangements as few more people will be joining them. Vanraj goes to book the room and thinks I should have never come here, not only I increased tension for everyone but now everyone will stay here the expenses will be heavy on me with my job gone. Vanraj books the room and remembers Toshu giving him his card before he went for some work. Vanraj feels his son so big now that he is handling his duties. Vanraj pays and gets to know that Anupama is shifted to thier room and she regained consciousness.
Vanraj comes to the room and sees Anupama resting. Vanraj says we are staying here for a while. Anupama says you stay I will go, everyone must be worried. Vanraj says everyone, the whole family is coming here as Adi told me you need some special care which you will get here. Anupama says did you inform Kavya? Vanraj goes silent. Anupama says this is your problem, when you should have told me things, you didn’t tell me and told Kavya and now when you should have told and informed Kavya you have not. Anupama says Kavya did wrong to me but I won’t be happy if Kavya faces wrong things happening to her. Anupama says where is my phone I will call her. She gets up and thinks to search but then she is about to fainr again and Vanraj holds her. Kavya sees it standing on the door.

Precap: Anupama tells Nandini that how if any small thing goes wrong in report then the doctor will make a big fuss about it. Here, Adi tells Vanraj how Anupama has tumour in her ovaries. Vanraj is shocked. Nandini gives fruit juice to Anupama.
