Today’s episode starts with Leela accusing both Anupama and Kavya. She says because of them Vanraj is in this condition. Leela says she gave earful to Anupama and will give to Kavya next. Hasmuk asks Leela not to create drama at hospital. She accuse Kavya and says she created drama at Paritosh’s wedding when Vanraj didn’t invite her to the wedding. Leela says to Kavya that she fought with Vanraj and he rushed the car thus, he is in worse condition today. She asks Kavya to leave the place. Kavya says she will not go fromt he hospital. Leela asks Kavya to leave the place as she will not let her stay here. Kavya says it is hospital and not her house where she will follow her order. Leela drags Kavya and asks her to leave. Kavya pleads Anupama and asks her to let her stay. Anupama stops leela from throwing Kavya out. Leela asks Anupama if she has lost her mind.
Anupama says to Leela that Kavya is Vanraj’s love interest thus, she should stay back. Hasmuk support Anupama. Kavya thanks Anupama. Kavya meet Vanraj and apologize her for her behaviour. Samar asks Anupama why she allowed her to stay back insipte knowing Kavya can not change over night. Anupama replies to Samar that he too was angry with his father and now worrying for him. Ahead, Kavya and Anupama pray to God. There, Doctor check Vanraj’s report and informs to Shah’s that he has internal injuries and they need to operate him asap. Shah’s stands shocked. Doctor says Vanraj need blood. Hasmuk and Leela decides to give blood to Vanraj. Doctor says seeing their age they can’t donate blood. Anupama asks doctor to take her blood. Kavya interrupts and says to doctor that she is younger than her and fit too. She insits doctor to take her blood. Doctor agree and Kavya donate blood to Vanraj.
Here, Nandini console Pakhi. She asks her to stay strong and asks her to write gratitude note. Further, Vanraj is operated. Doctor inform that Vanraj’s body is negatively reacting on Kavya’s blood and they need another donor. Anupama decides to donate blood.
Ahead, Doctor’s inform Shah’s that Anupama’s blodd suit Vanraj. Leela says even Vanraj’s blood know who is right and wrong for him. There, Pakhi write gratitude note. Other side,  doctor inform that Vanraj’s surgery is successful but only one person can stay with him. Kavya decides stay back at hospital. Doctor says only family member can stay back. Leela says her Anupama will stay back. Hasmuk says Anupama if she don’t want can tell them. Anupama decides to stay back. Later, Samar hugs Nandini and regrets misbehaving with Vanraj. Episode ends with Kavya asking Anupama to take care of Vanraj but don’t forget latter belongs to her.
