The episode begins with Veer tells Rani that he didn’t wanted to hurt Rajeshwari and he knows that he can’t repay for the things Rajavat family did for him. She tells him that he did nothing wrong in fact he just did everything to help his patient and tries to reveal the truth to him but Rajamata interrupts saying that she needs her help and takes her from there. She tells her that Veer is a son of this family but he thinks that he is an orphan and she can’t see him in pain anymore and asks to not stop her from telling the truth.
Rajmata asks her to understand the situation and she also want to tell the truth to Veer but she needs time for that. Rani asks her that why the latter doing this. Rajmata tells her that there is a reason behind her this decision and she can’t reveal that reason now and pleads her to keep the secret with her for this house peace.
After some time, Veer asks Rani that is everything fine. She nods at him and asks him to not think about Rajeshwari’s words and time will heal everything and decides to find out that why Rajmata don’t want to reveal the truth now. Rajeshwari calls Jai and tells him that she needs his help. He tells her that everything will happen the way she wants. She thinks that she need to teach lesson to Veer for going against her.
Next day, Rani calls Ramadheer and asks him about Ranvijay. He shocks hearing her and asks her that who took that name in front of her and reveals that Ranvijay is Rajmata’s elder son and everyone used to live happily but Ranvijay’s one mistake changed everyone’s life and asks her that is everything fine there. She tells him that everything is fine and disconnects the call and decides to find out Ranvijay’s mistake.
Jai goes to Ranvijay’s room and gives money to ward boy and takes one injection from him and tells him to wait outside. He injects Ranvijay and smriks. Rajeshwari waits for Jai’s call. Veer learns that Ranvijay’s condition is not good and he informs about it to Rani and they leaves for hospital. Rajeshwari smiles hearing him.
Veer reaches the hospital and examines Ranvijay. Rani prays to God for Ranvijay’s life. Jai shows the Ranvijay’s room video to Rajeshwari. She tells him that it’s just a beginning and she need to show the real place to Veer for going against her. Veer decides to do Ranvijay’s surgery. Nanthini meets him and tells him that she brought ‘kheer’ for him and it’s from her ‘first rasoi’ ritual and feeds him. He tells her that it’s tasty. She apologize to him for hurting him. He tells her that no one can separate them and he is getting late for surgery and leaves from there.
Rajmata and Dikvijay reaches the hospital. Veer drinks water and moves towards an operation theatre. Jai tells Rajeshwari that Veer entering the operation theatre but he don’t know that what is waiting for him. Rajeshwari thinks that Veer can’t even imagine what is going to happen with him.
