The episode starts with huge celebration for celebrating Anandi’s birth and giving her blessings. Everyone happily dance around. Leela calls her husband to ask when will he come. He talks to her rudely. In sometime he arrives there and goes to meet Ratan. Ratan tells him its important for maternal uncle to be there in ceremony. She tells that they had to name keeping ceremony on time so they already decided the name as Anandi. Hetal says its quite an old name.
Hetal tries to taunt Leela for not giving birth to child even after three years of marriage. Leela feels heartbroken but Kadvi Baa stands up for her and defends her. She tells Hetal to look at her own sister in law who didn’t give even after seven years of marriage and shuts her up. Jigar was playing with ball which comes and hits Hetal. Later gynaecologist who did Ratan’s delivery comes there. Khimji and Premji informs her that they have kept child’s name as Anandi. She gets very happy and tells Anandi was also name of first female doctor who started western medicine practice in India.
Everyone gets happy knowing it. Doctor advises them not to have much celebration as Ratan and Anandi both are weak and if more people touch Anandi there may be risk of infections. Premji tells Sejal will entertain the guests and wont allow Ratan to even speak. Khimji tells they can start the ceremony now. He tells Ratan wanted Doctor to be first one to start so they didn’t start yet. She says its better if Anandi stays in craddle and she will bless from afar. All the guest follow and do the same.
Leela asks her husband what did he bring for gift as she doesn’t even know whats inside it. He asks her why does she want to know. Its gift for his niece and she can see while giving her. They have an argument. He blames and scolds her for not giving birth yet.
At the celebrations, Hetal intentionally picks Anandi in her arms. Kadvi Baa tells doctor these people intentionally do opposite of what’s said. Ratan asks where Leela is, so Khimji asks Kalpesh to go and find his maternal aunt. Leela’s husband raises his hand at her when she asks about going to doctor for check up.
Leela comes to bless Anandi but Hetal starts bad mouthing her and says its inauspicious for an infertile woman to give blessings. When Kadvi Baa starts defending Leela, Hetal taunts her for enjoying inspite of being a widow. Baa gets angry and tells her husband died for country and became immortal so she isnt widow. She tells Leela is very young and can give birth later. She tells her how her husband Nagji was born to his parents after seven years of marriage. She scolds Hetal badly and tells her never to speak ill of any woman in the village.
Ratan hugs Leela and asks her to bless Anandi. Sejal looks upset. Leela makes Anandi wear the bangles which her husband bought as gift. Everyone start smiling again. Premji and Khimji go to leave Doctor and she advises them again to let Ratan and Anandi have more rest. Khimji tells now Nagji will be more annoyed. Premji says he is bitter as Khimji won elections for Sarpanch. Nagji gets angry after his wife tells him what happened and vows to take revenge.
Ratan suddenly starts feeling dizzy and then faints. While Jigar’s ball get under craddle and when he lifts it, craddle slips and episode ends with unconscious Ratan and Anandi fallen on the floor.
