The episode starts with Anirudh telling Bondita that Heera Mandi girls are at Woodstock house. Bondita asks why they went there. Anirudh replies that they have been taken there: they are being dragged to the same hell from which he is trying to take them away.
On the other hand, Greenwood tells Binoy that in a partnership one is superior to the other who has his head down. He blames Binoy for splitting alcohol on his shoe and asks him to clean it if he wants partnership for his factory. Binoy asks whether he is kidding. Greenwood replies that he does partnership with the inferiors and jokes with the equals.
A servant is about to clean Greenwood’s shoe but he stops him and gives the tissue to Binoy asking him to clean. Binoy is about to do that but Saudamini stops him and asks Greenwood to consider the age gap at least. Greenwood says that Hindustani people are very hardworking and can do anything to get their benefit. Saudamini says that Binoy is very respectable and he even decides when to keep a person on his side and when to throw them out but she adds that she won’t stop him if he wants to clean her husband’s shoe.
Binoy is about to clean the shoes but Trilochan sees him and stops him reminding him that it’s about the respect of the whole family. Saudamini says that he can’t see his brother cleaning her husband’s shoe but he wants permission for his factory and there is also farmers’ issue. She asks him to drink alcohol if he wants that to happen and doesn’t want Binoy to clean her husband’s shoe.
Trilochan gets angry. He tells Greenwood how Saudamini was behind Anirudh despite him being married. Greenwood and Saudamini laugh. Saudamini reveals that Greenwood knows everything. Greenwood blames Trilochan and Binoy of using Saudamini and his father’s money also and reminds him also how he slapped her. Saudamini offers alcohol again to Trilochan. The latter is about to have it for the sake of farmers and his brother’s respect but Binoy throws away the glass and refuses to bow down in front of Greenwood and Saudamini.
Trilochan and Binoy are about to leave but Saudamini asks them to stop and assist at the dance they organized for her victory. Heera Mandi girls dance. Trilochan and Binoy are about to walk away but the girls start dancing around them. Anirudh and Bondita step inside the mansion.
A Britisher is about to throw money on the girls but Anirudh comes and stops him. He asks the girls who brought them there. Greenwood says that he called them there and asks whether he did something wrong. He says that making prostitutes dance in parties is a tradition of land owners. He calls them “Kothe wali”. Anirudh says that they are as respectable as other women and forbids the girl to stay there one minute more.
However, Saudamini stops them and says that they have given them more money and asks Anirudh whether the girls has got the same respect as his wife. She says that they can’t do anything else except dancing and asks whether he wants them to beg. Anirudh says that they will do anything but won’t dance there for money and swears that he will give them a new morning. Saudamini asks how that morning will come and how long he will stand with them.
Bondita says that there is something that will always remain as her friend so they can get the same friend too. She suggests to let them fly the same way he wants to see her flying. Anirudh agrees with her. Bondita says that these girls will go to school to study too. Anirudh says that they will get the right to education too.
Anirudh asks Greenwood the permission for the admission of the girls in the school. He asks how he will see Hindustani women’s capability if he doesn’t give them chance to get educated. He affirms that girls in their country should get the right to study just like girls in his country gets. He adds that every girl who wants to study but doesn’t get the opportunity should get this right. He says that the injustice should be stopped.
Greenwood agrees to get their admission done at school. Anirudh smiles. Greenwood adds that they will get admission only if they are capable enough hence they have to prove their capability. He says that they are equal to the boys with whom they will attend school: they will have to compete with the boys, fight for their right, and if they win they will get the admission.
He says that every girl of tulsipur will get the right to attend school then as he will bring in some new compulsory laws. He also says that he will leave his job as well so the farmers and factory issues will get solved. He asks Saudamini to decide what will happen if they lose. She replies that Anirudh will have to stay as Greenwood’s servant for lifetime.
