The episode starts with Suraya and Ramaya saying that they know nothing about studies so they can’t accept the challenge and let Anirudh lose.
On the other hand, the farmers refuse to let Heera Mandi girls play the challenge for them but Trilochan makes them understand that he doesn’t want that too but there is no other way to defeat Greenwood.
Anirudh explains the girls that education is the only way they can get freedom. Suraya says that they fear studies more than foreigners. Anirudh blames things they have been told while growing up: women are told that studies are their enemy. Bondita says that she hasn’t studied a lot but she can assure that it’s fun and it’s thanks to studies that she could write letter to Anirudh who rescued them from Heera Mandi. She talks about how studies have helped them.
Meanwhile, the farmers refuse to let the girls who dance in Heera Mandi save their lands. Trilochan sigh exasperated.
Anirudh tells the girls that he is going to meet the judge of the competition the next morning and Greenwood will be coming with his boys. He asks them to come along with them. Suraya says that the girls are scared to speak but she isn’t so she is clearly stating that they won’t be coming tomorrow with them.
Later, Anirudh writes a letter to the girls saying that he brought them to Tulsipur considering them as sisters but apparently they have to leave. They will go to stay with Bondita’s mother and work with her. He will be giving them some money too. A tear skips from his eye on the letter.
Bondita comes and pretends to be her mother and calling Anirudh. She says that she is worried about what will be happening tomorrow. Anirudh says that he is worried about the girls’ future. Bondita cries too. Anirudh says that he doesn’t want the girls’ past to drag their future into darkness as he won’t be able to see that. Bondita runs away crying.
Bondita goes in front of Durga Maa’s idol and cries saying that she cannot see tears in her husband’s eyes and she cannot see him becoming Saudamini’s servant. She prays for help. Trilochan overhears her and tells her that there is a way.
The next morning, Binoy asks Anirudh whether he is going to meet Greenwood. Anirudh replies yes. Binoy asks if the girls agreed. Anirudh replies no. Binoy forbids him to go then otherwise Saudamini and Greenwood will insult him. However, Anirudh is keen on fulfilling the promises he has made.
Anirudh calls Bondita. Bihari tells him that Bondita isn’t in the mansion and has left a drawing on blackboard for him. Anirudh sees that it’s a drawing of a group of girls. He smiles remembering talking to Bondita about unity.
Bondita reaches the Heera Mandi girls. Suraya asks whether she has come to try to make them understand again. Bondita replies that she is there to give them Anirudh’s letter only since he has gone to meet the judge. Anirudh reaches an outdoor place to meet the judge. Greenwood and Saudamini are already there. Saudamini throws her handkerchief on him. Suraya asks Bondita to tell what’s written on the letter. Bondita says that she doesn’t know but Anirudh was crying while writing it. Saudamini suggests Anirudh to wipe his tears with the handkerchief. Suraya and the other girls blame themselves for making Anirudh cry and are sorry for that. Saudamini taunts Anirudh since there is none with him. Anirudh says that he hasn’t lost because he hasn’t accepted defeat yet and throws the handkerchief back to her. Bondita asks Ramaya to give her Rasiya’s portrait since she wants to throw it in the river.
Greenwood asks Anirudh where the girls of his teams are. Anirudh tells him that the girls don’t want to be part of the challenge so they won’t come. Greenwood laughs since he has accepted defeat before the competition could start. He adds that he knew that Indian girls are weak only and can never be equal to boys.
When Bondita is asked why she wants to do that, she replies that Rasiya won’t be able to see them this weak: she has fought for them and for their respectable future but they don’t want such a future; Rasiya has asked Bondita and Anirudh to promise her to give the girls a good life and if the portrait won’t be there, she won’t come to know that they couldn’t fulfil the promise. She adds that she will make Anirudh understand that the people he is fighting for doesn’t want to fight for themselves.
Saudamini asks Greenwood what’s the use of calling their boys when the girls have backed off. She asks Anirudh whether Bondita hasn’t been able to make girls’ fear vanish or if she has escaped as well. Greenwood says that nor girls nor villagers are there with him today and asks Anirudh if he is ready to become their servant.
Bondita says that she will wipe Anirudh’s tears and asks again for the portrait. Ramaya grabs the portrait but takes it back before handing it over to Bondita. She cries saying that they should help Anirudh for Rasiya’s sacrifice and whatever Anirudh is doing for them.
Saudamini suggests Greenwood that they should give Anirudh a sign that can remember him about him being their servant. She takes a collar and throws it at Anirudh’s feet. She says that dogs wear this so that it does only what its owner wants and asks Anirudh to wear the collar and become Greenwood’s servant.
Ramaya asks Suraya to accept what she is saying. Bholi stands with Bondita. Ramaya says that Bholi has agreed so why they should back off. She says that they might not reach the destination but at least they won’t regret not even trying. Ramaya says that Anirudh needs all of them. Suraya asks what about the villagers.
On the other hand, Trilochan distributes ropes to the farmers. They ask what they are for. He replies that they can choke themselves after choosing a tree according to their weight. He asks Bihari to remove the chandelier and put the rope instead. The farmer asks why they should do that. Trilochan says that it’s better to die rather than being foreigners’ servant.
Binoy reaches Anirudh and requests Greenwood to forgive Anirudh and forget whatever happened. Greenwood says that he remembers they all accepted the challenge just yesterday so how he can forget. He calls Binoy “driver” and asks Anirudh to pick up the collar and wear it.
Saurabh reaches Bondita and the girls and reveals that Trilochan has convinced the villagers for the challenge. Everyone gets happy. Saurabh says that they should hurry up otherwise Saudamini will insult Anirudh again. Bondita says that she won’t let her do that.
