Actor rose to fame with his stint in Ek Hazaeon Mein Meri Behna Hai.  Viren made him household name. And why not the way Viren shared splendid chemistry with Jeevika; from the show Karan got the TV’s romantic husband image.
In the year 2013, Karan shared best Jodi award with Krystel D’Souza at Kalakar Award.
