The episode starts with Nupur about to fell in manhole while reaching to Mini but Chikoo saves Nupur and fell in Manhole. Nupur shouts for help. Everyone assembles at that place. Kamini sees Mini enjoying the icecream than she scolds her and warns to act like good daughter. Nupur enters hole and brings out her than they realises it’s Chikoo and they rushes her to hospital. Kamini prays for Chikoo death.
Doctor says you guys brought her to hospital at correct time. Nupur asks how’s her condition. Doctor says they have to keep her in observation for 24hours. Kamini says let’s leave as that person who’s with Chikoo will take care of her. Savitri agrees. Nupur sees Chikoo and asks Milind to arrange nurse for Chikoo. Mini asks Nupur to take her to home. Kamini says she is worried about kids and Shashi as they are alone at home. Subodh says its peak hours of traffic so they have to reach to home. They about to leave than Nurse comes out saying Chikoo needs Ab- blood otherwise she may lose her life. Nupur hears it and tells to Nurse that she will donate it.
Nupur donates blood to Chikoo and thinks whats my relationship with Chikoo and why I feel concerned for her. Kamini and Subodh discusses to separate Chikoo and Nupur completely than Kamini sees Mini and she takes Mini with bandaged hand and tells to Nupur to take care of her kid before concentrating on road side kid. Nupur Apologizes to Mini than they are about to leave but stops hearing Chikoo calling Mummy. Milind says let’s meet her once as she saved Nupur life.
Nupur and her family goes to Chikoo ward. Nupur places her hand on Chikoo head. Chikoo says Mummy seeing her. Kamini says call your Rangoli Mummy as their is noone here. Chikoo recalls her promise to herself that she won’t tell to her Mom that she is their Payal until she become like her Mom’s daughter. Nupur thanks Chikoo for saving her life. Chikoo thinks no need of thanks and I’m
promising you that I will do anything to save you from dangers.
Milind asks if she is fine. Chikoo says she is fine. Kamini says she js fine so let’s leave. Milind asks if she have anyone to take care of her. Chikoo says their are many, so leave to home as Dadu is alone. Nupur says we can’t leave her alone so it’s good if we take her to home and Chikoo can leave when she gets fine. Savitri says it’s tough to handle Chikoo and Payal. Milind says he will take care of one. Chikoo says I’m fine here and nurses will take care of me so leave. They leaaves.
Chikoo stops Mini holding her hand and says Nupur Mom and Milind Dad consider you as their Payal, I will not tell them that I m their Payal as they were happy with you and stay with my family until you find your parents so don’t give tension to my mummy. Mini says enough, I will see how to handle them as it’s my home now and leaves. Chikoo thinks I holded her bandaid hand but she didn’t get hurt which means she is acting.

Precap – Chikoo thinks Mini and Kamini might be together in this plan, Nupur shouldn’t face any tension because of them. Chikoo asks Nupur and Milind to take her to their home. Subodh asks Savitri to decide who will stay at their place, Chikoo or them.
