Sourabh Raaj Jain, the popular, versatile and talented actor of TV town is famous to get into the skin of every character and has won a lot of accolades for his work as an actor with his varied roles on different shows. Recently, he earned huge appreciation for his role in Om Namo Venkateshwara.

The dreamboat is recently basking on the success of his Telugu debut movie Om Namo Venkatesaya. On that note take a look at the different shades of Sourabh down the years.

1.Amandeep of Remix

Sourabh made his TV debut in 2004 with StarOne’s popular youth based show ‘Remix’, in which he played a cool Sikh guy Amandeep, who was initially shy of being a Sikh, but with the passage of time, he evolves into a beautifully mature character and later becomes proud of being Sikh.

2.Aanad Raj Chopra of Parichay

In 2011, the handsome hunk played Aanad Raj Chopra, in Ekta Kapoor’s popular show ‘Parichay’ for Colors, where he played a guy next door,an aspirant lawyer, innocent, simple but an affectionate brother. In a short span of time this character became very popular and loved by the audience.

3.Lord Vishnu of Devon Ke Dev Mahadev

Not many people know that Sourabh wanted to portray Lord Vishnu since his school days, and Nikhil Sinha’s Devon Ke Dev Mahadev fulfilled his dream, the graceful actor came into the limelight with this devotional flick, he looked charming and divine as Lord Vishnu, who was ever ready to help Mahadev throughout the story.

4.Yuvraj Singh Bundela of Uttaran

Sourabh didn’t confine his talent to just one genre. He played a dashing lad and a spoiled brat  Yuvraj Singh Bundela in Colors’ popular show Uttaran. Handsome but grey shade Yuvi, was one among the few characters of Indian TV, whom audience, especially girls loved for his killer attitude, swag and vociferous nature.

5.Lord Krishna of Mahabharat

Sourabh is best known for his portrayal as Lord Krishna in Sidharth Kumar Tewari’s magnum opus Mahabharat for Star Plus, where the young actor made the audience drool over his stellar performance as Krishna. Awesome screen presence, dynamic personality and audience connect made him one of the most popular and most loved Television stars.His gyaan sequences as Lord Krishna are still remembered by the viewers.

6.Anchor for Savdhan India

After Mahabharat, Sourabh tried his hand in anchoring for LifeOK’s popular crime based show Savdhan India, where he was seen making people aware about the crime taking place in various parts of India. He anchored Savdhan Punjab and Savdhan UP series of the same.

7.Emperor Akbar for Hazir Jawab Birbal

Sourabh equally excelled in comedy as Emperor Akbar for BigMagic’s popular revamped show Hazir jawab Birbal, where he made the confused, hilarious and the cutest Akbar, with superb comic timing,which his fans still remember.

8.Arth for 92.7BigFM as Radio Jockey

With a magical voice and power to easily connect with audience, Sourabh also did a show ‘Arth’ for 92.7 BigFM, where he was seen defining the meaning of life and narrating various stories which teach people about the real purpose of Life.

9.Mahakavi as Mahapraan Nirala

Sourabh also portrayed one of the greatest Hindi poet Mahakavi Nirala in ABP News’ ‘Mahakavi’ where he did the titular role of poet Nirala, where he was seen playing a strong and honest poet who struggles all the way to give Hindi a deserving place in the society. For his awesome performance as poet ‘Nirala’ famous poet and anchor of the show Dr. Kumar Vishwas also showered words of praise for the lad.

10.Om Namo Venkatesaya as Lord Venkateswara

The dashing actor added another feather to his cap with his latest movie ‘Om namo Venkatesaya’ where he got to work with biggies like K.raghvendra Rao and South Superstar Nagarjun. All the critics and box office reviews are full with all praises for Sourabh for is genuinely wonderful performance as the lord, who is also the friend to his devotee.
