By Gossips Tv : Baseer Ali, who was rumored to quit Ekta Kapoor’s popular TV show “Kundali Bhagya,” has addressed the speculation and clarified that he is not leaving the show. The actor, known for his role as Shaurya Luthra, has resumed shooting and is excited to continue his journey with a fresh new look.
“Kundali Bhagya,” airing on Zee TV, has enjoyed a successful run for the past seven years. Initially led by Shraddha Arya, Anjum Fakih, and Dheeraj Dhoopar, the show is currently in its second generation phase with new leads Paras Kalnawat, Sana Sayyad, and Baseer Ali. Recently, the show made headlines due to rumors of both Baseer Ali and Sana Sayyad exiting the series. While Sana has confirmed her departure as she is expecting her first child, Baseer has dispelled the rumors about his own exit.
After a rejuvenating trip to Bali, Baseer Ali has returned to the set of “Kundali Bhagya” and is more energized than ever. He addressed the speculation about his departure, stating, “I am not quitting the show anytime soon. My character was on a break, and I took that time to enjoy a much-needed vacation. Now, I am back and ready to continue entertaining the audience.”
Baseer also shared insights about his character’s new look. “I have resumed shooting, and the audience will soon see me back on screens. For this season, the makers asked me to chop off my hair. Previously, my character demanded long hair, but now I’ve got a new hairstyle. I went directly from the set to my hairstylist and cut my hair short. The compliments I received have been overwhelming and have made me very happy.”
“Kundali Bhagya” is set to undergo another significant change with a leap in the storyline. Adrija Roy will replace Sana Sayyad in the show, marking a new phase in the series’ evolution.
Baseer expressed his gratitude towards the show’s creators, saying, “I’m excited and thankful to the makers for giving me this opportunity to play Shaurya Luthra. The new look is refreshing, and I can’t wait for the viewers to see it.”
