Like most sisters, Bhavna too wants a pretty damsel as her sister in law. Ankit Siwaiach plays my elder brother, and I dont like dark-skinned Diya (Swati Rajput) and will do whatever it takes to spoil their relationship. If this means playing dirty pool, so be it.”

Personally speaking, I dont support this love for fair skin, but here I am playing a character,” added she

Richa, who began with Punjabi entertainment industry, says one of the best things about playing Bhavna is that she is very relatable.” We all have come across sisters like her. When boys would come to see my not very good looking cousins for marriage, I would be restricted to my room lest I get selected. Something similar happens in our show as well.”

As a hostile lead actor, Do you carry negative emotions home? ” No, I switch on and off actor, you have to lest it affects your life, and I am a happy go lucky person?”

Richa is having a great time working with the entire cast. ” Apart from the leads, I am also learning a lot from Manasi Joshi Roy mam, who plays my mom.”

Does your character have a love life?” Although Bhavana is married, she spends more time at her parent’s place, for she does not get along with her hubby and in-laws!”

Looking ahead, Richa would also like to try for web series.

What about going bold? “Although I dont have any ideological reservations, I dont think I could pull it off on screen. “
