Episode starts with a chaotic situation in Mittal house. The family members notice Faltu on the television screen. Savita and Kumkum want to go there. Uncle wants to take the help of the police authority. They come to know that Faltu is gone to the hospital. But Savita becomes disspointed and puzzled to learn that Ayaan is not found anywhere. The other members try to calm her. Tanisha also acts to help Faltu and she proceeds to the hospital. She laments over the whole situation. Dadi still hopes that Faltu and Ayaan will return very soon. Savita can’t believe why her son always bear the pain along his whole life.
Here, Faltu resques many other people in that fatal situation. The resqued people bless her. She gets a deep wound in her hand. A doctor notices her wound and asks her to go to the hospital. After a while, the doctor gives a treatment in her hand and asks many questions. Meanwhile, few resqued people are brought in the hospital as they are injured due to the sudden flood. Learning the fact, Faltu prays for the poor people. All of a sudden, Faltu notices Ayaan in the hospital.
Seeing Ayaan in a senseless situation, Faltu can’t hold her tear. Her restless situation proves her love towards Ayaaan. She tries to wake her up. On the asking of the doctor, Faltu introduces herself as the wife of Ayaan. She prays to Matarani to save Ayaan from all the hazards. Meanwhile, Tanisha and Sid reach to the hospital. They also come to know about the critical situation of Ayaan. After leaving of Sid, Tanisha sarcastically talks with Faltu and pokes her with her cruel words. She asks Faltu how did she come here. Meanwhile, Doctor arrives there and doesn’t give any hope about Ayaan.
Sid consulted with doctor and calms down Faltu. Sid requests Faltu to go with them when Ayaan will be discharged. Faltu remains silent. Tanisha tries to break the heart of Faltu with her cruel words but Faltu stops Tanisha. But again Tanisha asks Faltu what was going on between Ruhaan and Faltu. The latter protests and explains the reasons behind the situation. Faltu starts to cry and feels very sad as Ayaaan misbehaved with her. Tanisha demotivates Faltu from returning home.
Janardhan scolds Savita as she didn’t inform him about Ayaaan and Faltu. He becomes restless to learn the unexpected situation of the house. Dadi informs them that both Ayaan and Faltu are admitted in the hospital. They all eager to go to the hospital. Savita feels irritated for the offensive behaviour of Faltu. Janardan scolds Savita for her mean behaviour. Sumitra also wants to go with Janardhan. But Janardhan firmly says that Janardhan and Harsh will go only. Meanwhile, Sid forbids Janardhan to come to the hospital. Here, Faltu prays to the God for the recuperation of Ayaaan. But she also becomes disspointed for the mean and doubtful behaviour of Faltu. Meanwhile, Ruhaan also arrives there to take care of Faltu.

Precap: Faltu recalls all the memories of Ayaan, how he tremendously insulted her and promises herself she would never stand infront of her husband. Even if Ayaan will die to see her face, she will never come infront of him.
