The episode starts with Neelima saying to Agastya that they have to celebrate it Pakhi’s first holi grandly. Agastya says that he will make it an unforgettable event for Pakhi. Agastya says to Pakhi that he will drop her in the office. Just then he receives Yug’s message and leaves urgently. Pakhi wonders why Agastya changed his plan suddenly. Pakhi follows Agastya.
Agastya comes to the hospital. The security guard stop Pakhi from going in. Pakhi tricks the guard and goes in. Pakhi sees Agastya talking with the nurse. He says to the nurse to not get scared. Pakhi receives a message and drops her phone which alerts Agastya. The latter notices Pakhi and comes to her. Pakhi shouts at Agastya. She says that he fooled her. She got to know his truth and says that he will expose him. Agastya asks what truth she’s talking about. Pakhi shouts that he is still lying. She says that he is giving wrong drugs to Ishan. Pakhi regrets trusting Agastya. The latter denies the allegations and asks how she can think that he can deceive her. Pakhi cries and asks how he can do with Ishan like this. Agastya says that he didn’t get hurt if anyone put this allegations on him, but he can never forget this. Pakhi says that Agastya broke her trust and says that he failed to see Agastya’s true face. Agastya says that Pakhi trusts Virat more than her childhood friend. Pakhi says that trusting him is her life’s biggest mistake. She says that she saw Ishan’s reports and after overhearing his conversation with the nurse, she got confirmation. She calls Agastya criminal.
Pakhi says to the nurse that she is also involved with Agastya. She asks what drugs they’re giving Ishan. Just then Virat arrives there with his police team. Virat says that he got arrest warrant against Agastya. The latter reads the warrant and returns it to Virat. Police takes Agastya and the nurse with them. Pakhi sits down crying hard.
Mona says that she can’t find her necklace even after searching everywhere. Mona wants to call police, but Naveli tries to stop her saying that it would be in the house. Mona says that the thief will get caught if he tries to steal again from her room since she fixed CCTV camera in her room. Naveli gets worried how to arrange the remaining money. Just then Naveli receives a message and shouts what. She turns on the television. She calls out Dadi. Dadi arrives there. They all get shocked seeing the news about Agastya getting arrested for attempting to kill Ishan. The reports question Agastya.
Shanaya also sees the news. She decides to hide it from Prema and to talk to Pakhi. Other hand Agastya and the nurse are brought to the police station. Pakhi also arrives there followed by reporters who question her. Virat tells his higher officer that he has Ishan’s blood report to prove that Agastya gave Ishan wrong medicine. The higher officer warns Virat thar he can get in trouble if the allegations on Agastya get proven wrong. Shubham comes to the police and shouts at Agastya holding his shirt. Virat stops Shubham and says to Pakhi that it was necessary to inform anyone from Ishan’s family.
Dadi arrives to the police station with the advocate. The latter asks Virat who gave him complaint to take Ishan’s official test. Virat says that Pakhi gave the complaint which shocks Dadi and Agastya. Virat hands Ishan’s report to his higher officer. The latter checks the reports and goes to Agastya. He apologizes to Agastya for the troubling him. Agastya says that apologies accepted. Virat asks his higher officer what he is saying, Agastya tried to kill Ishan. The higher officer says that there’s nothing like that mentioned in the reports shocking Pakhi and Virat. Virat checks the reports and asks how it’s possible. Virat says that this is a fake reports. He says that Agastya changed it. He holds Agastya’s collar and questions him the same. Virat’s higher officer scolds Virat. Pakhi checks the reports and thinks that it doesn’t have that drug name which was in Singh’s first reports.
The episode ends.
Precap: Agastya says to Pakhi that they will have new start. He leaves taking Pakhi. Ishan gets up from the hospital bed and comes out of the ward walking with difficulty.
