The week begins with Ishan being frame by Agastya in human organs trafficking case. Pakhi and her family get shock on seeing the same in the news headlines. However Pakhi refuses to believe this. Meanwhile Virat learns that Natasha works in Agastya’s company. He asks the constable, Pandey, to collect all details about Agastya. Virat searches in the cold storage room in the hospital and gets shocked finding human organs parcelled in plastic covers.
Agastya brings Pakhi to the hospital and shows the human organs that police found. Agastya makes Pakhi believe that Ishan is involved in kidney trafficking and he planned to steal Aisha’s organs too. Pakhi gets devastated hearing this. Virat questions Agastya how he got to know that police found human organs here when it wasn’t yet revealed to media. Agastya says that he is funding this hospital, so hospital management informed him.
Agastya gets Ishan shifted to another hospital that is under his control. The nurse notifies Agastya that Ishan moved his finger and he can come out of his coma anytime. Agastya gives an injection to the nurse and asks her to keep injecting to Ishan so that he never come out of the coma.
Pakhi’s parents discuss Agastya. On seeing Agastya’s care and love for Pakhi, they decide to talk about their alliance to Agastya’s dadi, Neelima. But Sameer wants to talk to Agastya before that to know what he wants. Virat enquires Aisha about Agastya and learns that Agastya was hospitalized when he was child. He decides to find out about Agastya’s weakness that he is hiding from the world.
Meanwhile Agastya gets locked up in a room. He gets scared and starts having some flashes of a child Agastya locked up in a burning room. Later he calms himself down when the door gets opened. Later Yug tells Agastya about a person who is blackmailing them and says that he sent Agastya a voice note. Agastya plays that voice note. The person asks Agastya to give him money else he will tell that Agastya framed Ishan. Sami gets shocked overhearing this. Agastya notices Samir. He forcibly takes him for a drive.
Agastya confesses to Sameer that he’s behind Ishan’s attack and he did all this for Pakhi. Sameer pleads with Agastya to spare him, he promises to not tell anyone Agastya’s truth. However Agastya says that Sameer won’t let him marry Pakhi since he got to know the truth. He thows him out of the running car and kills him. Agastya made Sameer’s murder look like a road accident. Pakhi and her mother get shattered learning this. Agastya and Neelima consoled and supported them.
Pakhi’s aunt, Lila starts to blame Pakhi when her husband’s orders get cancelled. She lashes out at her. Agastya tries to defend Pakhi, but Lila asks him to stay out of their family matter. Virat comes to Agastya and questiones him if he met Sameer before his accident since Prema told that Samir left home to see Agastya. The latter lies that Sameer didn’t meet him. Pakhi’s house owner demands Pakhi’s family to vacate his house immediately as he doesn’t want to rent his house to a murderer. Neelima says that she will take Pakhi to her house making Pakhi her daughter in law and proposes Agastya and Pakhi’s alliance. Prema tells Pakhi that Samir was also wanted to talk about the same to Agastya on the day of his accident and it was his last wish. Pakhi gets in dilemma after hearing this.
Family keeps pressurizing Pakhi to agree to marry Agastya. However Pakhi refuses to Agastya to marry him as she doesn’t want to spoil his life and his happiness to secure her and her family. Agastya says that his happiness lays only on Pakhi and he is ready to wait for Pakhi. The latter announces to her mother that she’s ready to marry Agastya. Neelima and Agastya get overjoyed knowing this while Mona and Naveli aren’t happy as they don’t like Pakhi.
Pakhi and Agastya tie the knot. On knowing about Pakhi and Agastya’s wedding Virat reaches there to congratulate them. At the hospital, Ishan comes out of the coma. The nurse unjects him the drugs to keep him paralyzed. Ishan gets scared on seeing Yug there. Yug instructs the nurse to make sure Ishan’s doesn’t come out of the coma. Ishan is shocked to hear this. Other side Agastya receives an anonymous blackmail letter in which the expeditor claims that he knows Agastya’s truth and threatens to expose him. On reading this Agastya gets nervous.
In the upcoming week it will be shown that Agastya will say to Pakhi that he is getting his strength on seeing her smiling. Pakhi will say to Agastya to sleep on the bed as he must be tired and she will move to the couch to sleep. Pakhi will fall. Agastya will lift her and will place her on the bed.
