Barrister Babu Weekly update
This week began with Manorama trying to convince Bondita that she should return the bomb jacket to her. Bondita in return wants her patibabu from Manorama. Manorama agrees and says its her last day and she won’t be back in Anirudh’s life even if Bondita finds her. Bondita refuses to trust her and adamantly says she wants to welcome viceroy along with Manorama. Manorama gets stressed thinking Bondita will die as well if she goes on stage. Other side, Anirudh finds out police beating one protestor and talking about bomb blast. Protestor doesn’t reveal the suicide bomber’s name and kills himself. Anirudh understands it can be Manorama. Manorama pushes Bondita to save her and goes on stage while police was searching who wore bomb jacket. Manorama pulls the trigger and blasts herself and kills viceroy as well. Anirudh and Bondita are left shocked to see that.
Later interrogation starts and Roychowdhury family are blamed by the inspector. But due to Manorama’s back up plan they get saved. Bondita feels guilty thinking about Manorama’s sacrifice and she recalls how she mistreated her. Anirudh reveals to Trilochan that he knew Manorama’s intentions and their marriage was fake. Trilochan shouts at him saying now what will he do as he ditched Bondita as well. Bondita is terribly upset.
Bondita goes to her room and receives letter from Manorama. She reads it and imagines her. Manorama makes Bondita understand that she is normalising her marriage with Anirudh when it’s wholly different from other marriages. Anirudh wants bright future for Bondita. He doesn’t want to accept her as housewife only. Bondita realises her mistake and goes to Anirudh to seek an apology.
Anirudh also sees his alter ego who laughs at him saying he is loser and couldn’t show right path to Bondita. He can’t fix the damage now as Bondita is upset. Anirudh cries his heart out and hesitates to ask for forgiveness. Bondita finds him shattered. She says she is equally responsible for everything. Bondita says she will continue to study and will become Barrister. She also wants to apologise to Anirudh for misunderstanding Anirudh. Anirudh and Bondita touch each other’s foot and promise each other that they will support one another always. Anirudh hugs Bondita.
Later Anirudh feeds kulfi to Bondita to compensate and they enjoy having kulfis. They buy colourful clothes for themselves and dance together. Sumati meets Bondita and says sorry to her. Sumati informs Bondita about her grandma’s return. Bondita explains her grandma’s personality to Anirudh. Sumati requests Anirudh to meet grandma. Bondita also gets excited.
Anirudh shouts cause of pain and Bondita learns Anirudh is not allowing Vihari to remove the thorn from his leg. Bondita tricks Anirudh saying she needs books and Anirudh has to buy for her. Anirudh gets nervous thinking how will he go but he doesnt want Bondita to skip her studies as well. Bondita removes the thorn that time and all share a laugh together.
Anirudh and others get huge shock knowing Anirudh’s petition against child marriage got approved and the chairman of the institute wants Anirudh to sacrifice his marriage first. Trilochan lashes out at him and says Anirudh won’t do anything. He has certain responsibilities towards Bondita. Anirudh filed the petition out of anger now he will withdraw it. Anirudh is in dilemma and thinks what he should do. Bondita also prays to dugga ma.
Trilochan and Binoy guide Anirudh to take sensible decision. As Bondita is connected to each and every member of the haweli. Binoy brings Divorce topic and Sampurna learns the word.
Sampurna taunts Bondita saying Anirudh will divorce her. Bondita will leave the haweli soon. Bondita ignores her and says she is aware of Sampurna’s evil intentions. Later Bondita gets disheartened after knowing the meaning of the word divorce from dictionary.
Bondita talks to Anirudh regarding divorce. She says their marriage can’t be broken by a piece of paper. Anirudh has always been her inspiration. She can’t forget their memories so easily. Anirudh taught her many things. Anirudh and Bondita get emotional. Bondita wipes his tears.
What will be Anirudh’s decision? Will he withdraw the petition or he will leave Bondita.
