The episode starts with Savi asking Ishaan to stop. Ishaan turns around and asks Savi to stop following him. A truck runs into Ishaan. Ishaan hits a street light pillar and gets his head injured.
Reeva and Savi come to Ishaan. Savi stops an auto and takes Ishaan to the hospital in the auto. Reeva asks Savi what happened and why was Ishaan walking in the middle of the road that angrily. Savi says Ishaan and her had a little fight and he got angry at her and left the house.
Savi and Reeva admit Ishaan in the hospital. The doctor asks Reeva if she is wife of the patient. Savi says she is wife of Ishaan and says she will sign on the forum.
The Bhosle family come to the hospital. Surekha comes to the hospital and learns from Reeva that Ishaan’s condition is critical. Surekha calls Savi an unlucky person for Ishaan. The doctor comes and says to Ishaan family that Ishaan’s condition is really serious and he might go blind as he is injured on his head. Yashwant asks the doctor to do whatever it takes to save Ishaan and his eyes. The doctor says Ishaan got injured really close to the eyes and says he will try. The doctor leaves from there.
Surekha collapses on the spot. Reeva asks Surekha to handle herself as her health isn’t good from the beginning. Savi thinks if something happens to Ishaan she can never forgive herself.
The doctor takes Ishaan to the operation theatre. Yashwant says to Savi that if anything happens to Ishaan then he will destroy her.
The nurse takes signatures if Savi and asks Savi to get some medicines. Surekha takes the prescription and asks Reeva to get the medicines as she doesn’t trust Savi.
Savi comes to the temple and asks the Pandit if she can do Maha Mrutyunjai Jap for her husband. The Pandit agrees.
Ashmita asks Surekha where is Savi as she brought coffee for her. Surekha says she doesn’t care about Savi. Shikha says Reeva has went to the temple to do Maha Mrutyunjai Jap. Surekha praises Reeva and condemns Savi.
Reeva comes to the temple to do Maha Mrutyunjai Jap. Savi is shown to be doing Maha Mrutyunjai Jap for her husband. Reeva prays to God and hopes that Ishaan will get better.
After the Maha Mrutyunjai Jap the Pandit praises Savi on the way she did Pooja and says nothing will happen to her husband. The Pandit asks Savi to put Beal leaf on his forehead.
Reeva sees that Savi came here to do Pooja. Reeva takes Savi to aside. Reeva asks Savi to atleast stop her acting infront of God. Reeva blames Savi for Ishaan’s condition and scolds Savi as because of her the Bhosle family reputation has been stained. Reeva says to Savi that if Ishaan loses his eye sight it will be only due to her. Reeva questions Savi that she ran away from her marriage last time but why didn’t she run away when Ishaan married her. Reeva comments on Savi. Savi questions Reeva who is she to ask her this question. Savi asks Reeva on what right is she staying in the Bhosle mansion.

Precap:- Reeva packs her bags and gets ready to leave. Surekha asks Reeva where is she going. Reeva says she has decided to leave as she doesn’t have any right to stay here. Reeva says she took this decision after thinking a lot about it. Ishaan stops Reeva and says she isn’t going anywhere.
