Episode starts with Malhar and his goons misbehaving with Sai. He ask the staff to call senior doctor and denies to take treatment from Sai. They starts mistreating other patients and throws an old man out of his bed, whereas Sai gets hold of him and becomes furious at the goons. Meanwhile, an intern notify Dr. Thurat about the matter and ask him to take immediate action. She says how the goons are troubling the patients and tells about Sai handling them. Dr. Thurat smirks hearing about Sai and determines to teach her a lesson.
Here, Dr. Thurat denies to go there to control the situation and mocks that Sai will look after it. He thinks about enjoying the drama where Sai will face the humiliation, but upon continuous insistence of the intern, he agrees to go there and control the situation. He decides to prove his worth in front of everyone and plans to downgrade Sai.
Sai scolds Malhar and his goons. She helps the old man to sit on the wheelchair and faces the goons fiercely. He gets mad at Sai and complains about his wound, while Dr. Thurat comes there and faces Malhar. He questions about the matter and ask Sai to step aside.
Elsewhere, Malhar ask Dr. Thurat to treat his wounds as he only wants a senior to check him. He warns to harm the staff along with the doctors if anyone ill treats them. He also ask for the painkillers, while Dr. Thurat scolds Sai for not providing medicine to the patient. He ask Malhar to sit, while he was about to consume the bed of the old man, but Sai stops him.
Sai faces Malhar fiercely and warns him not to disturb the patients. She ask the wardboy to help the old patient to get into his seat and ask Malhar to take another bed, but the latter gets furious and threatens to kill Sai with his knife. She doesn’t get scared and notify him about the sacrifices of a doctor to treat their patients.
Ahead, Malhar gets impressed by Sai and agrees to follow her command. She makes him sit and treats his wounds, while he flirts with her. He tries to touch her, while she slaps him hard and ask to be in his limits. He smirks seeing her attitude, while Dr. Thurat gets shocked as his plan gets failed. Meanwhile, Virat comes back to his house and meets Ashwini. He spends some quality time with her, while she says that she is blessed to have a son like him.
Virat misses Sai while Samrat comes there along with Pakhi and notify Virat about their friendship. Virat gets happy for Samrat genuinely. Whereas, Pakhi sees Virat’s pictures in her laptop but decides to move on in her life and starts writing her blogs. Whereas, Samrat gives her tea and she remembers her flashback moments with him.
Further, Sai messages Virat as she misses him while he also replies to her. They both remembers eachother, while Sai’s colleagues praises her. Malhar complains about pain but Sai denies to give him painkiller as it will get overdose. His friends makes him drink alcohol secretly, while he clicks Sai’s pic and keeps in his phone. Meanwhile, Dr. Thurat gets annoyed with Sai, as he doesn’t get a chance to scold her.
Precap:- Dr. Thurat gives painkiller to Malhar, while nurse tells him about Sai’s order that no one is allowed to give more medicine to him. He scolds the nurse and injects the painkiller into Malhar’s body. Later, his condition starts getting worse and Sai gets shocked seeing him. He pleads to save him, while the nurse lies that no one has given any extra medicine to Malhar. Sai gets tensed and tries to save him.
