The episode starts with Yashwant saying to all the guests that Savi and Ishaan are going to cut the cake. Ishaan says he doesn’t want to cut the cake without Surekha. Yashwant says he doesn’t want any trouble and asks Ishaan to cut the cake. Savi says to all the guests that without Surekha she will not cut the cake. Surekha thinks Savi is upto her act again. Yashwant asks Savi to stop creating trouble and cut the cake. Savi says to all the guests how much Surekha is important to Ishaan and says without Surekha there is no meaning to this reception. Surekha thinks Savi has put her in a dilemma. Yashwant says to Savi that if Surekha’s health is fine then she would be here. Savi says to Yashwant that if Surekha can’t come here then they can go to her. Yashwant whispers to Ishaan to convince Savi to cut the cake.
All the guests see Savi caring for Surekha and think Surekha is really blessed to have a daughter in law like Savi. Surekha says to Ishaan that what Savi said is right and says she was also not happy as she wasn’t able to participate in Savi’s reception due to her health. Surekha asks Ishaan and Savi to cut the cake. Ishaan brings Surekha onto the stage and cuts the cake with Savi.
Ishaan and Savi feed cake to all of the Bhosle family. Durva and friends think now Savi is officially Savi Ishaan Bhosle. Durva and her friends feel sorry for Reeva that she has to witness all of this.
Swati and Swanand come to Reeva. Reeva asks Swati and Swanand what are they doing here. Swanand says to Reeva that there is no one with her today. Reeva says to her parents that she is fine. Swanand and Swati remind Reeva that they are her parents and they can feel her pain even is she doesn’t show it.
Yashwant asks Surekha who invited Reeva’s parents here. Surekha says she hasn’t invited them. Yashwant asks Surekha to send Reeva’s parents away from here. Surekha agrees.
Surekha comes to Reeva’s parents what are they doing here. Swati says they are going to leave to USA and before that they wanted to meet Reeva one last time.
Minister asks Yashwant to give an introduction about Savi. Yashwant introduces Savi as a college topper and soon to be IAS officer. Yashwant says to all the guests Savi comes from a rich household.
Lokhande family thinks how could Yashwant speak lies without batting an eye. Lokhande thinks he might be mistaken but his daughter shows the video of Savi working in a cafe. Swati accidentally sees the video and confronts Yashwant about Savi working in a cafe.
