The episode starts with Vasu rushing towards Arjun. Arjun gets shocked seeing her condition and asks what happened to her. Vasu gets shocked seeing his condition and asks how he ended up there. Arjun narrates whatever happened and says Iniya went to ask for help. Vasu tries giving her hand but in vain. Arjun pleads her to leave as he can’t see her suffer. Vasu is adamant that she won’t leave without him. She breaks a stick from nearby tree and asks him to fetch it.
Arjun fetches it and Vasu tries pulling him up but in vain. Arjun continuously pleads her to leave but Vasu stays adamant that she won’t leave him in such situation.
Vasu tries lighting up fire using stones so that someone would come to their rescue. When she gives up having no use, fire gets lightened but Vasu fails to notice it. Having no option, she gives the end of her saree for him to catch. Arjun is hesitant to do it but Vasu pleads him.
Vasu still couldn’t help him lift up. Finally Vasu gives up completely and gets into the sink hole with Arjun shocking him. Arjun desperately pleads her to not get in but Vasu says she can’t live without him and gets into the water. Arjun is stunned by her love for him. Iniya manages to get help from locals and goes with them.
Vasu and Arjun looks emotionally at each other. Vasu wishes to confess that she’s his heart friend at least in the last minute of their life but changes her decision as she don’t want Arjun to feel guilty in his last moments.
Arjun on the other hand, realizes his love for Vasu. He thinks that he was so stupid in marrying his heart friend that he failed to notice the pure love given by Vasu. He says in his heart that he loves her and can’t live without her. He too wishes to confess his love to her but then decides against it. He too don’t want Vasu to die in pain. Slowly they both starts merging and soon merges completely. Locals reach there and understands that someone has sunk into the sink hole. One guy entered the hole with precautions and searches in it.
He gets hold of Vasu and pulls with a rope. They all gets shocked seeing her holding another man’s hand and successfully bring both of them up. The village people tried various ways to wake up unconscious Arjun and Vasu but in vain. They lost hope that they are alive when suddenly someone notices Arjun hand movements. Arjun wakes up with their efforts and searches for Vasu. He finds her near him and tries waking her up but there’s no movement. One guy says that she’s no more whole Arjun gets furious hearing it. He desperately tries reviving Vasu but she doesn’t open her eyes.
