Episode begins with Pushpa asks doctors to starts the formalities and she asks Agastya to keep patience and the nurses took away Choti Guddan with them and Pushpa stops Agastya from stopping them. Choti Guddan says to him you promised me that you will always give me company then you can’t back off.
Agastya is feeling helpless and thinks how she will manage there alone away from all of us. He remembers all their close moments and gets emotional while Choti Guddan is continiously looking back and asking him to stop them from taking her away. Agastya breaks down on his knees and cries for his wife and his mother smiles seeing him in such a state.
Guddan is bought into a mental hospital and they bought her inside a cabin where usually they give the patients electric shocks and locks the door from outside and Guddan keeps pleading to them to open the door but no one is there to listent to him. Choti is missing her mother and thinks where is she and she sits on the floor and cries loudly.
 Agastya comes in his room but the visuals of Guddan asking him to stop the mental hopsital people from taking her away keep coming back to haunt him again and again. He gets a call from rashi asking about Choti Guddan and he informs her about she being in the mental hospital and Rashi asks him to stay with Guddan as she needs him the most right now. Agastya thinks that yes Guddan can not stay without me and I am also not able to stay without her.
 Guddan cries and suddenly she remembers her mother asks her no to cry at all and keeps believing in herself. She stands up and thinks that she will not cry and will do everything on her own be it looking for her mother or escaping from this trap. Niya and Pushpa are celebrating their victory and thinks Choti Guddan is trapped in their plan forever. Choti escaped from the cabin of the hospital and wants to escape from there.
However in the end moment, the nurses stopped them and took her back from there to inside. Choti protests to her best but a senior nurse comes there and asks all to leave while she will attend Guddan and at the end she gets to know that the nurse is none other than her husband Agastya. She gets happy to see him there and she feels relieved to see him and hugged him tight. Agastya says to her I will not leave you ever no matter what and will be by your side forever.
She thinks now that Agastya is within her she can easily get outside of this place and will find out about my mother too. Agastya loves her with all his existence and then he asks her don’t you feel funny to see me in this giant nurse getup!! Choti Guddan starts to laugh and hugs him again and Agastya says let’s go somewhere else to do the rest of romance.
