The world recently celebrated Earth Day. The conservation of Mama Earth is important. The purpose of World Earth Day is to raise awareness about environmental issues such as pollution, deforestation, climate change, and habitat loss. It serves as a reminder of the importance of taking action to protect our planet and promote sustainability.
Each year, World Earth Day focuses on a specific theme or environmental issue. Activities and events organized on this day include tree planting, clean-up campaigns, educational seminars, and advocacy initiatives to encourage individuals, communities, and governments to take meaningful action to safeguard the Earth.
On the occasion of World Earth Day, Chhal-Sheh Aur Maat actress Hunar Hali was spotted planting trees. She also quoted the importance of tree and plant restoration. “Tree/Plant Restoration Initiative . Trees are rightfully called ‘lungs of the earth’. Life on earth would cease to exist in the absence of trees, despite knowing that deforestation still continues to exist, which is one of the major reasons behind the climate change crisis and the occurrence of numerous natural calamities. This initiative is a tiny affort of mine in support of many who are already a part of preserving nature initiatives around the world.
Just planting trees at various places isn’t enough; making arrangements to restore them is also important, as many get destroyed through grazing and burning as well.
I passionately joined in along with some environmental activists with intend that more and more should come forward and save/preserve life in all forms.”
Well, Earth Day should be celebrated every day. Plant more plants for future generations.
