The episode starts with Charu Seela seeing Sourya in the hospital and thinks why did Sourya come here. Charu Seela asks the nurse if Dr Karthik came here. The nurse says he didn’t come. Charu Seela thinks she should send Sourya before Karthik comes here.
Charu Seela comes and asks Sourya why did she come here? Sourya says she needs a favour from her and shows the poster. Sourya asks Charu Seela to stick the posters in the hospital as someone might call her seeing the poster here. Charu Seela agrees. Charu Seela tells the nurse to stick the poster here. The nurse agrees. Charu Seela tries to convince Sourya that she is looking at the wrong place for her parents but Sourya doesn’t get convinced. Charu Seela asks if she came here alone. Sourya says yes. Charu Seela asks Patel to go with Sourya. He agrees. Charu Seela asks Sourya to take rest until the injury heals. Sourya agrees.
Anji asks Soundarya if she found Deepa. Soundarya says she didn’t find her. Anji encourages Soundarya saying they will find Deepa soon. Anji asks Soundarya where should they go. Soundarya says they should go to all the hospitals to search for Karthik and Deepa. Anji agrees.
Karthik sees the poster of Sourya and feels emotional. Karthik shares his grief with Charu Seela. Karthik thinks there isn’t an unlucky father like him anywhere. Charu Seela says he can’t do anything as his circumstances are like this. Karthik comments on himself. Karthik says Deepa is also asking about Sourya and he is lying to both of them. Charu Seela asks Karthik if he is going to tell the truth. Karthik says he will not. Charu Seela asks Karthik to first think about Deepa. Karthik says they need a heart transplant for Deepa and he couldn’t find it right now. Charu Seela asks Karthik to be hopeful. Charu Seela asks Karthik what should they do about the poster. Karthik says to leave it there.
Pandari gives the medicine to Deepa and asks her to have it. Pandari asks Deepa why is she sad all the time? Deepa says she is thinking of her daughter all the time that’s why she is like this. Deepa asks Pandari for a favour and asks Pandari to search for her daughter as she couldn’t go out due to health reasons. Pandari asks Deepa for Sourya’s photo. Deepa shows the photo of Sourya with Indrudu and Chandramma. Pandari identifies them. Deepa asks Pandari if she knows them. Pandari says they are in the same neighbourhood with her. Deepa requests Pandari to take her to Indrudu’s home. Pandari agrees.
Soundarya shows the photo of Karthik and asks the doctor if he is here. The doctor says she didn’t see him here. Anji and Soundarya lose hope little by little as their search is not coming anywhere.
Deepa calls Karthik and says they found Indrudu’s address. Deepa says Pandari identified them. Deepa asks Karthik to come to the address that Pandari is saying. Karthik agrees.

Precap – Deepa, Pandari, and Karthik to reach Indrudu’s home. They see that there is a poster there that says the house is for Sale. Deepa thinks Indrudu changed their house again. Pandari thinks something is fishy and she decides to ask the house owner about it. Karthik stops Pandari and says there is no need for it. Pandari thinks about how could Indrudu know they were coming here and says about it. Karthik agrees and asks them if they told anyone. Deepa also questions Karthik he also knows about them coming here. Karthik defends himself asking Deepa if she thinks that he called them and told them that they are coming.
