The episode starts with Karthik catching Deepa when she is about to fall. Karthik says to Deepa that she should not come out of the room until the operation is completed. Deepa says there are a lot of people visiting the hospital and someone might have seen Sourya. Deepa asks Karthik if he enquired about whose phone no this is. Karthik says he went away when he reached there and says he will meet later.
Karthik requests Deepa to go into her room. Doctor comes and asks Karthik what happened. Karthik says Deepa came out of her room when he went outside. Deepa asks Karthik why did the doctor call him a doctor and says she didn’t tell anyone Karthik is a doctor. Karthik says to Deepa they heard people calling her doctor babu so they think of him as doctor. Karthik takes Deepa to her room. The doctor thinks something is going on that she doesn’t know between Karthik and Deepa.
Mounitha thinks of what are Karthik and Deepa doing. Soundarya comes and asks Mounitha what is she hiding from them? Mounitha says she is hiding nothing and asks Soundarya to leave her? Soundarya doesn’t listen to her. Soundarya’s friend Sowmya comes and greets Soundarya. Sowmya asks who is Mounitha? Mounitha introduces herself as this house daughter in law. Mounitha asks her to stay for a few minutes and she will prepare lunch. Sowmya agrees.
Deepa requests Karthik to stay beside her until the surgery is completed. Karthik agrees. The doctor asks the nurse if Deepa is given anesthesia. The nurse says yes. The doctor understands Deepa is worrying about her children that’s why she is not able to lose consciousness even if she is given anesthesia. Deepa agrees. Karthik asks the doctor to stay outside for a while to make her less worry. Doctor leaves from there. Karthik reveals the truth to Deepa that he completely recalled his memory. Karthik sees that Deepa has gone into a sleep. Karthik seeing this calls the doctor and says Deepa is ready for the surgery.
Indrudu searches for Deepa and Karthik roaming around the streets.
Doctor says to Karthik that everything went normally. Deepa wakes up and asks Karthik if he went and enquired whose phone no this is. Karthik says they can search once she is cured. Deepa blames Karthik for not getting any information about Sourya. Deepa says she made a mistake telling him to search for Sourya. Deepa says she will search for Sourya herself. Deepa tries to wake up from the bed. Doctor stops Deepa and asks Deepa if she knew why Karthik is here. Deepa asks the doctor if he operated on her. Doctor says yes and says Karthik is the one who operated on her and says she is alive because of Karthik. Deepa gets stunned hearing this.

Precap – Deepa will question Karthik on when did he recall his memory and if he recalled his memory he should have slapped Mounitha for what she did. She asks Karthik that she should have atleast told her and asks Karthik what is the reason that stopped him from telling her that he recalled his memory.
