Episode begins with Luthras enters the mortuary. Dadi cries seeing Karan’s purse. Preeta moves towards the dead body. Rakhi notices the dead body’s watch and recalls that how she gifted that watch to Karan. She screams and cries. Rishabh consoles her. Preeta tries to see Karan’s face but Doctor stops her saying that his face destroyed completely. Srishti consoles the crying Preeta. After some time, Mahesh and Rishabh performs Karan’s last rites. After few days, Mahesh tells Rishabh that Karan did wrong by leaving them like this.
One month later, Preeta massages Dadi’s leg. Mahesh tells her that Doctor will come so why the latter doing this. Sameer says that he found Karan’s video. Rakhi asks him to play it. He plays it. In the video, Karan asks Preeta that why everyone is sad. She tells him that he is leaving, that’s why. Karan asks Rishabh to handle everyone. Rishabh remains silent. Karan asks everyone to smile whenever they remembers him. He says that he will return after five months. They shares a group hug. He asks everyone to smile. He bids bye to everyone and leaves the house.
Everyone cries seeing the video. Rakhi asks Preeta to not cry. She tells her that they should smile so Karan’s spirit can rest in peace. She adds that no one should cry. Preeta faints. Doctor enters the house. Rakhi asks Doctor to check Preeta. Doctor examines Preeta and says that the latter is pregnant. Preeta regains consciousness. Everyone smiles hearing that. Rakhi hugs Preeta and wipes her tears. She tells her that the latter is not alone now so she should not cry and she has to take care of herself for the baby’s sake.
Sherlyn learns that Preeta is pregnant and she informs about it to Prithvi. She says that Luthras would have thrown Preeta out of the house because Karan is dead so Preeta planned this to stay in the Luthra house permanently. He tells her that he want to take revenge on Preeta but now Luthras will treat Preeta like a queen. She tells him that they should prove that Preeta is not pregnant with Karan’s baby. He tells her that if they proved this then Luthras will throw Preeta out of the house definitely.
On the other hand, Luthras takes care of Preeta. Beeji ties black thread on Preeta’s hand to protect her and her baby from evil eyes. Srishti says that she brought sweets. Prithvi barges into the house and congratulates Preeta. Rishabh yells at him. Prithvi tells Preeta to tell the truth to everyone. Rishabh asks him that what is the saying. Prithvi says that Preeta is pregnant with his baby which shocks everyone. Rishabh tells him that he knows that what kind of person is the latter. Prithvi says that he is telling the truth. Security guards throws Prithvi out of the house. Preeta says that Prithvi lying. She adds that she is pregnant with Karan’s baby. Rakhi hugs her.
