The episode starts with Sumeet thinking how she needs to be more careful as she is always followed by Bilawal’s men. She drags Shlok aside and says he needs to act like Adil for another 10 hours as Embassy officer is still arranging to take him and Akki back home. Real Adil escapes from room and reaches Naaz but she leaves before he can meet her. Sumeet sees Adil and tells if he meets Naaz all their plan will get exposed. Here, Priyanka tries to hang herself but Raj and family members open the door in time . She tells Raj to let her die as she is no more suitable for him.
Raj consoles Priyanka and says he will let go off her hand even in next seven life. He assures her that he will find the person who has played with her dignity and self respect. Pankhuri and Masoom talk that their plan failed again and Raj and Priyanka’s relationship is still getting stronger. Pankhuri thinks that Raj can never catch her as she did everything in a planned manner. Naaz followed by Adil as well as Sumeet all reach dargah. She thanks Allah for sending good person like Adil in her life and prays for his happiness and safety.
Shlok also reaches there while Naaz is still praying. She also hoped to catch spy Shlok to take revenge from Sumeet . She sees Shlok infront of her and gets happy but real Adil appears before her. Shlok sees this from far and rushes to go there. Naaz tells real Adil that she doesn’t recognise who he is and asks him to leave her way. When Adil tells her that he has come to show her the right path, she threatens to get him beaten by her fiance. Adil tells about Shlok not being real Adil.
Sumeet is watching everything too. Bilawal is also going to pick up Naaz. Naaz scolds Adil for blaming Shlok and tries to walk away with him. Adil tells about his own identity. Naaz gets shocked to hear the truth. Adil tells how his arrival got delayed and after he came back he got kidnapped by Shlok and his wife. Poster of Shlok flies and reaches Naaz. She confronts Shlok and tells him to say once that he is not the same person as in poster. Adil says Shlok wants to marry her and then go back to India on pretext of going to Ajmer Sharif.
Naaz feels emotionally broken. Sumeet also comes there. Naaz says that they do deserve love but only enemity just like Bilawal says. She blames Shlok for breaking her trust and cheating her so badly. Sumeet says Naaz to look carefully at Shlok and judge if he is a spy or can cheat her. She tells her to listen to what her heart says and accept that Shlok is innocent. Naaz tells they both have taken advantage of her country’s hospitality. Sumeet reminds Naaz that Shlok even wrote the truth and gave it in the letter to her which got changed by Akki. The episode ends with Naaz saying now Shlok’s dead body will go from Pakistan.
