The episode starts with Mithai asking Dadu if they are hiding Indu’s condition from her. Dadu says the doctor said that there is an infection in Indu after the treatment she will get better. Dadu also convinces Mithai to stay in Madhura until Indu’s condition gets better.
Sid thinks about what Indu said about Aarti asking Mithai’s hand. Sid starts to think about Aarti. Sid sees Aarti’s photo and says the thing which he wants to stay away from is hear and thinks about Apeksha and asks Aarti how could she do this.
Mithai goes to Pooja room and prays for Indu’s well being and thanks Gopal ji for sending Dadu as his messenger. Abhishek hears and when she turns back. Abhishek says from the day she was here there is a spark in the house it used to be there like this when Aarti was used to be here. Abhishek asks Mithai that she should be here in Karishma’s marriage. Mithai also agrees.
Sid is in his room Keerthi comes to his room to ask about Indu’s condition. Sid says she has a lung infection and with some treatment, she will get better. Keerthi says this is the first time that you are showing concern for someone else and it’s good to see. She will pray that he will also show same concern for their family. Chandrakantha is making a video about ganesh Ji Pooja. Mithai praises about how she made the video. Buwaji comes and greets Mithai and Dadi. Buwaji sees that Dadi is worried and asks her what is the problem. Indu has went to doctor and the report has said that she has lung cancer. Buwaji gets shocked and asks does Mithai know. Dadi says she doesn’t and also ask her as if she doesn’t know anything.
Apeksha shares her worries with her mother. Deepti gives her an idea to make Sid dependent on her not only in office bur also in house and then Sid will be hers. Mithai brings Khaada for Indu and sees that she is working. Mithai tells her take rest and gives her Khaada. All the family members are ready to make bundi ke laddoo. Indu also asks them to join with Mithai’s recommendation she joins. All the members make bundi ke laddoo.
Sid tries to work but the singing downstairs when they are making laddoo disturbs him. Sid comes and says to stop and tells every body to make the noise low. Apeksha comes and sees that every body is making laddoo and joins them and tries to make laddoo but she is not able make them. Gireesh comes to Deepti’s house to get some documents and talk about Apeksha and Sid. Apeksha is not able make them and Mithai gives her advice.
