The episode starts with Natasha telling that her DaMa is fine and she will kill herself if Sesh and Mithu try to take her home. She goes to arrange for better neurosurgeon. Amrish introduces business associate to Dhawal and says now he will handle the landmark project. He announces that Dhawal will join Makwanas business now. Natasha absentmindedly keeps walking on road as she recalls Sesh’s harsh words blaming her for being reason behind Suman’s deteriorating health. Natasha reaches Makwana house and sees Dhawal celebrating with his family.
Natasha angrily throws away all plates of colors shocking everyone. Dhawal holds Natasha to calm her. Amrish scolds Natasha and asks her not to cross her limit. Natasha says that he is one who has crossed boundary and says about Suman fighting with life. Amrish tells that she is making excuse to stop his party. Natasha says that Suman has suffered from brain stroke because of Chiku’s departure. Sesh and Mithu comes to Suman. Mithu tells Sesh that he is feeling very scared and keeps apologising to Suman, he cries and requests DaMa to get up. Natasha tells that she kept pleading but none of them listened to her.
Natasha confronts Pranali for not helping her and reminds her that being doctor it’s her duty to save the patients. She states if Suman got treatment early she wouldn’t be struggling between life and death. Natasha asks Dhawal why he did not receive her calls and if anything happens to Suman she will not be able to forgive herself. Dhawal scolds business associate and tells them to leave. He hugs Natasha and consoles her. Dhawal is about to leave with Natasha but Amba starts acting that she is feeling unwell too. Natasha says that Amba is absolutely fine.
Natasha tells that she is taking her husband Dhawal Makwana. Amba confesses about her being the one who had got the contract papers made and asked Natasha to get signature of family members on it. Truth leaves all the family members shocked. Natasha hugs Amba and says that she knows that she loves her a lot but she should not unnecessarily take the blame. Natasha tells that she is one who made the contract papers and got signs too. Amba again says that Natasha is lying. Natasha tells her to prove it later and she will take Dhawal with her for now.
Natasha holds Dhawal’s hands and takes him with her to Suman. Dhawal looks at his family members but leaves with Natasha. Suman is lying on floor in Pandya house. People start chanting mantras around her while Sesh and Mithu keeps crying. Natasha and Dhawal reach hospital and find Suman’s bed empty. Nurse informs Natasha that her grandmother has been sent home by the doctor which leaves Natasha disheartened. The episode ends with Sesh bringing Ganga jal for Suman.

Natasha will tell about Chiku leaving the house ,Suman getting brain stroke and then conditions kept to her. Dhawal will confront her about who has made her do all this and gives his swear to her. Natasha will confess about Amba being the one behind all this.
