The episode starts with the labours from construction site entering Amresh’s office. He angrily questions answer about laborer for there behaviour. Labours says they will show him the poster of their unity and keep breaking everything in office. Natasha slips while working and Dhawal catches her in his arms. She keeps looking at him as he keeps working to close to her. Natasha looks lovingly at Dhawal as Tum Saath Ho plays in the previous. Neetu teases them for having romance. Labours come there and asks Dhawal to come.
Natasha gets pushed by labour so Dhawal warns him about his behaviour. He says Amresh is calling Dhawal and drags him with himself. Natasha tells Neetu to go back home and she will tell her what happened. Amresh’s mother says Chhavi that her daughter in laws will now suffer when they have to keep cleaning the clothes. Labours protest in Amresh’s office and Dhawal reaches there too. They say about one of labours getting hurt while working in site.
Amresh tells they will get him treated in private hospital and pay the bills for same. Labours demand 50 thousand which shocks Amresh as well his resignation.
Labours says that they will show him the power of their unity. Amresh says this is not first time but labours says they will continue unless Amresh resigns or else they will continue the strike. Natasha sees everything from outside and thinks she has to do something in Pandya style. Labours keep all the four brothers inside office. Natasha calls Hetal and informs her to come to office to help her free the brothers. Hetal tells her mother in law about going to office as there is some trouble there.
Labours start hitting the Makwana brothers. Natasha overhears labour talking to call that they will not give up unless Amresh pays atleast 50 thousand. She goes to him and asks who she is. Natasha acts and questions him about where the labour who got injured is. Labour tells his name is Anil admitted in city hospital and asks who she is. She deviates his attention. Natasha calls DaMa and requests her to send money for worker who got injured on site.
At office, Dhawal thinks he wants to get his money to ask about Natasha but labours keep their phones captured. Amresh announces that he will not give them money or resign, they can do whatever they want. Labour try to attack Amresh but Bhavin and Dhawal stop them. Bhavin tells Amresh that he should resign for some days and tell that he is not director. Amresh tells Bhavin that he is saying about in heart is. Labour threatens to ruin the construction site as well as all of them if they do not fulfill their demand. Natasha tells her mother in law and other ladies about brothers being held captive inside cabin. The episode ends.
Precap Dhawal tries to appease Natasha. But she challenges Dhawal to not let his mall get built.
