The episode starts with Ghazala revealing herself to Aalekh which shocks him but he praises her for her cleverness. Then she goes to Shlok and says that she knows what he is thinking, she says that he is thinking about his real parents. He asks who are they so she takes him outside to tell him, he asks her to tell him so she points towards a big statue of Lord Shiva and says that the name of his mother is in the envelope tied there. Shlok goes to take the envelope while Ghazala gets happy thinking that her plan will ruin Chahat and Neel’s life forever.
Shlok goes towards the statue, he is scared but still starts climbing it while Sahil keeps Chahat busy by engaging in fight with her. Chahat and Sahil come back inside and she makes it clear to him that him bringing gifts for the party doesn’t change her mind about him. After she goes, Aalekh comes and asks him what is he planning to do now so he tell that this plan will make Shlok hate Chahat. He tells Aalekh that Chahat is Shlok’s real mother. Chahat tries to call Neel when she spots Shlok climbing up the rocks to get to the statue.
Chahat goes close to him while he tries to take the envelope but his leg slips and he falls down. Neel comes there at that moment and sees him fall while Chahat goes running to save him. Neel and Chahat catch Shlok together and share an eye lock. Neel puts him down and Chahat checks if he is hurt, while the other family members arrive there. Shlok says to Neel that he is glad that he came for his birthday and now he is feeling better. Neel sees Shlok holding Chahat’s hand and separates them and takes him to room.
Dua finds the envelope on ground while Chahat comforts Shlok. He mentions about the envelope but Neel ignores it and scolds him. Dua asks Neel not to scold Shlok on his birthday and takes him away. Mami says that it’s good that Neel is back as they all were worried and also complains that Chahat didn’t leave. Neel says that he just went to Kripa’s school as her marks in exam were less. Neel taunts Chahat for troubling his family but Naveli takes stand for her. She says that Chahat saved Shlok from being taken away by a fraud woman who came as his mother for some reason.
Neel says that they should find out about that woman but Mami asks him to leave it for today as it’s Shlok’s birthday. Meanwhile Shlok roams around looking for that envelope, Dua gives him that envelope and he is about to open it when Chahat calls them. Chahat calls them for cake cutting, they go inside but she notices both of them are upset. They both cut the cake after which Dua asks Shlok to come along so that they can see the photo of his real mom. They open the envelope and see Chahat’s photo, Shloy concludes that Chahat is his real mother.
Mami asks Shlok to give the first piece of cake to his mom so he starts moving towards Chahat which shocks everyone. Chahat asks him to give it to Alka and even Mami asks him why is he giving the cake to Chahat. He tells that Chahat is his real mother, whiel Dua wonders whether Chahat is Shlok’s mom for real. He tells that the joker told him that there is a photo of his real mom in the envelope and it had Chahat’s photo. Shlok asks Chahat why did he leave her when he was born, he gets emotional thinking that she didn’t like him.
Chahat is taken aback and hugs him emotionally, she tells him that the joker played a prank on him and she is not her mother. She also tells that she would never leave him if he was her child. Chahat asks Neel to tell Shlok that he is misunderstanding while Alka hugs Shlok and tries to convince him that she is her mother. Dua comes there and says that it’s true, she shows two blankets and says that these are from the same hospital and have the same date. The episode ends.
