This week episode was high on emotion like always. Sirat perform pooja for Ranveer’s long life. Kartik urges Ranveer to tell Sirat the truth about his aliment. Ranveer gathers a courage to reveal the truth. He also ask Kartik to promise him that post his demise, he will never leave Sirat alone. Kartik says to Ranveer that he will always support Sirat as a friend. Naira’s soul too ask Kartik to marry Sirat but Kartik refuses to replace Naira with Sirat in his life.
Afterwards, Ranveer and Sirat spends quality time together. Ranveer faints and Sirat learns about former’s ailment. Doctor also reveal to Sirat that Kartik was well-aware with Ranveer’s illness. Sirat confront Kartik about hiding the truth. Kartik console Sirat. Later, Sirat decides to celebrate leftover time with Ranveer. Kartik bring Ranveer and Sirat back to the home. Chandan meet Ranveer and cries. Saroj and Narendra stands teary, Kal Ho Na Ho song plays in the background. Kartik and Sirat takes Ranveer to his room. Ranveer smile seeing him room decorated with balloons. He holds Sirat and Ranveer’s hand tightly. Sirat feed sweet to Ranveer. Ranveer gets happy.
Ranveer spends good time with his family. He see a tree without leafs and think one day his life will end too one day. Ranveer sleep. Sirat cries for Ranveer. Next day, Ranveer sees the falling leafs from the tree. Sirat come and Ranveer handover his shares to her. He asks Sirat not to refuse as he knows, she can fight the world but can’t handle Narendra. Ranveer about to tell Sirat about his proposal to Kartik. Kartik come and stops Ranveer from telling truth to Sirat. He makes an excuse and send Sirat. Ranveer yet ask Kartik to support Sirat. Kartik leaves the place and asks Ranveer not to stress him anymore. Kartik think he can’t marry Sirat but he will always support her as a good friend.
Mainsh looks for Kartik. Swarna reveals to Mainsh that Kartik is with Ranveer. Manish asks Swarna to stop Kartik from visiting Ranveer as Chauhan too stays at the house. Narendra talks with Ranveer and accuse Sirat for latter’s condition. Ranveer tells to Chauhan that before Sirat, their relationship was messed up already. Chauhan reveals to Ranveer that Sirat doesn’t love her but like Kartik. He asks Ranveer to stop taking Sirat’s side as he is dying because of her. Ranveer says to Chauhan that he is dying because of the bullet he shot on him. He asks Chauhan not to accuse Sirat. Ranveer urges Chauhan not to trouble Sirat post his demise. Narendra refuses to forgive Sirat and decides to avenge Kartik too.
Later, Ranveer’s health worsen. Sirat and Kartik worries for Ranveer. Ranveer urges Kartik and Sirat to promise him that they both will stay together forever. He asks Kartik and Sirat to fulfil his last wish. Sirat and Kartik asks Ranveer not to talk odd. Ranveer give Sirat’s hand in Kartik and breathe his last. Sirat and Kartik cries for Ranveer. Chauhan’s cries for Ranveer. Sirat accuse herself for Ranveer’s condition. She breaks down. Kartik asks Sirat to control. Manish gets the news of Ranveer’s demise.
Afterwards, Saroj accuse Sirat for Ranveer’s death. Kartik support Sirat. Saroj accuse both Kartik and Sirat for Ranveer’s demise. Kartik asks Sirat to accompany him to the Goenka house. Sirat refuses to go with Kartik. Here, Narendra plots against Sirat and Kartik. He along with his lawyer decides to shame Kartik and Sirat in front of the world by leaking their pictures. He execute his plan. Saroj than throws Sirat out from the house.
