Episode starts with KT getting tensed about Preeti due to his nightmare. Juhi comes towards him and ask about his worry! To which he says that he can’t afford to get away from Preeti. He told Juhi that he have seen a nightmare of Preeti suffering from cancer. He tries to calm himself and ask Juhi about her visit to hospital! She replies that she came to see her relative while KT nods and leaves stating that he is going to meet Preeti.
Juhi gets emotional seeing his condition and gets inside Preeti’s ward. She told Preeti that KT loves her a lot and can’t be able to bear about her cancer. Preeti cries and says that is why she isn’t telling him because it will shatter him. Juhi holds Preeti’s hand as tears passes through her eyes “Jo Bheji The Dua plays” Preeti tries to console Juhi and wipes her tears.
Sneha calls the doctor who came to check Preeti and invites her for the Holi party. The doctor ask about Preeti’s health while Sneha says that she is fine now. Later on KT comes there and gets relieved seeing Preeti. He goes towards her and hugs her tightly. He gives her gifts while Preeti looks at him, He expresses his love for her and states that he cannot afford to get separate from her. Kushala hears him and ask him not to think negatively. KT goes inside the kitchen and brings some chillies, He takes off evil eyes from Preeti while Kushala and Preeti looks at him. He says that now nothing will happen to Preeti while she gets emotional.
Sneha informs about the arrangements of holi party while Kushala gets excited to celebrate it. She goes from there while Preeti hugs KT.
Furti takes some sweets while Priyanka taunt her for eating more then her portion size. Neel comes there to defend Furti while Priyanka gets furious and shouts at him. Furti gets irked with Priyanka’s behaviour and replies her back. Priyanka points out Furti’s stomach stating that it’s getting bigger since Furti have came here. Preeti hears their conversation and interrupts them. She ask Furti to go while she leaves reluctantly.
Preeti confronts Priyanka and ask about her problem, To which she blames Neel responsible for it. She states how he is getting close with Furti while he defends himself stating that he was just teasing Priyanka. He says that Priyanka is causing unnecessary disturbances in their relationship and is not trying to save it. Priyanka states that she have seen him coming out of Furti’s room secrectly while he denies about it. Preeti stops them and scolds them for behaving immaturely. She reminds them about their vows. She told Priyanka that it was her who snekaed out of Furti’s room and scolds Neel for trying to make Priyanka jealous. Preeti tries to reconcile them but Priyanka goes from there giving a cold shoulder to Neel.
Preeti goes inside her room and tells him about Priyanka and Neel’s misunderstanding. She gets worried about their decision of surrogacy and ask if they are doing right? To which KT makes her understand calmly. She smiles while he gifts her a ring. He showers her with his love while she adores him. She gets reminded of Furti and says that Furti’s stomach started growing. She gets tensed about it and ask KT to do something before everyone gets to know about it.
In the morning Kushala ask Sneha about KT and Preeti as the holi celebrations began. On the other side KT wears a pillow and acts to be pregnant while Preeti laughs seeing him. He says that he have asked his friend who will send them artificial pregnancy tummy which will help them to cover up their lie. Preeti smiles at his idea and both applies colour to eachother.
KT runs to catch Preeti while everyone enjoys holi party. Kushala flaunts about Preeti’s pregnancy in front of her friends. Dr. Mitali comes to the party and sees Furti. She thinks about asking her well-being thinking her to be Preeti and moves towards her. On the other side Preeti and KT couldn’t able to see her being busy with one another.
