The episode starts with Anokhi performing with the other girls for a song while Aastha keeps looking at Shaurya emotionally. Rama asks Bubbly why’s she upset and Bubbly shows her Anokhi’s message. Rama gets scared a lot and curses Anokhi. She says that now they’ve to face the vrath because of Anokhi. The performance ends and Shaurya likes it.
Hosts calls him up on stage to distribute awards. Host lists achievements of Shaurya in education field and Aastha looks at him proud. Shaurya announces the overall winner as Divyajhot college and Anokhi and her friends gets extremely happy. Aastha is hesitant and other professor asks her to go. However soon she realizes Shaurya’s surname and asks if he’s the one and she nods yes.
She urges her to go more. Anokhi too calls Aastha Sabherwal on the stage and Shaurya gets shocked hearing her name. Aastha hesitantly walks to the stage and gets the award. While posing for photo, she congratulates him for his engagement. Shaurya thinks that she’s still in touch with her father. Shaurya’s father is seeing a video of Aastha playing with young Shaurya. The host asks Shaurya to read the next winner.
Shaurya announces the winner of debate competition as Anokhi Bhalla. Anokhi gets extremely happy and receives the gift. She asks Shaurya to say few inspiring words. Shaurya speaks about girl’s responsibility towards family indirectly mentioning Aastha while Anokhi looks at him confused. Later Anokhi is asked to speak and she gives credit to Aastha for her achievement. Aastha says about how a girl’s family becomes a boundary in their life and girls can take care of a family too.
Later Aastha keeps looking at Shaurya but he ignores her.
Kanchan asks Gayathri about the reason Shagun is rejected. She asks what’s wrong in making a career as well as managing household. Gayathri reveals that it all started with Aastha. Kanchan asks her to reveal what happened.
Gayathri recalls when Aastha wanted to support her old parents when her younger brother died in an accident. However Tej and the family was against. They say about principles and responsibilities of the family and if Aastha chooses career then the others will also follow her path. Aastha tries reasoning out but they strongly deny. Aastha wants to move out with Shaurya but Tej says Shaurya will not suffer with her. Shaan at first stands by Aastha but then couldn’t go against his brother. At present, Aastha is sneaking at Shaurya and Shaurya catches her.
