Episode begins with One beggar pleads Dr. Mihir Doshi to give him anything saying he didn’t eat anything today and he hand is injured too. Dr. Mihir Doshi notices his wound and takes his alcohol bottle and pours the alcohol on his wound.
Beggar says it’s paining a lot. Mihir says it will help him even though his blessings aren’t any use of him and leaves from there. Rani notices everything from behind and enquiries the Beggar about his condition. He curses Mihir and leaves from there. She wonders who was that strange guy. One of the Nurse was talking with her friend and Mihir snatches that mobile from her and cuts the call.
She warns other staff members saying Dr. Mihir reached the hospital. One Ward boy throws the bubble gum near the dustbin. Mihir notices that, seeing him there that Ward boy gets afraid. Ward boy says he will put that in the dustbin and was about to take that using his handkerchief but Mihir stops him and asks him to pick that the way he throws it.
Ward boy takes that bubble gum from floor with his mouth. Mihir tells him to eat that saying his mouth also kind of dustbin only. Rani sees that from behind and asks Nurse about him. Nurse tells her that he is Dr. Doshi. Rani recalls about the neuro surgeon Doctor told her and shocks realizing that he is the one who is going to treat Raja.
Darshana consoles the crying Asha. Rani tells Utsav that she is feeling strange while thinking about the Doctor who is going to treat Raja and says she is not sure that they can believe him or not. Utsav says after all he is Doctor so they had to believe him no matter what.
She says she wants to meet that Doctor once and leaves from there even though he tried to stop her. She enters Mihir’s room. He was getting ready for the surgery and was instructing the Nurse to send the relations near the operation theater but not ladies because they will disturb him by their drama and cry.
 She apologizes to him for listening to his talks and says his thinking is wrong about ladies and she didn’t expect that from him. The nurse tells Mihir that she is the patient’s wife. He turns to her and shocks seeing Rani there sends the Nurse outside. He removes his mask and Rani shocks seeing him there. She recalls how Mihir slapped the guys to save her who was teasing her.
Mihir asks those guys who is she. They say she is a sister in law and leaves from there after apologizing to her. He tells her to become his girlfriend by giving a rose. She says he is mad that’s why he keeps following her with rose but she is not interested in him and asks how many times she has repeated that. He says she is not interested now but it may change.
Later when Rani was studying, he keeps messages her to meet him outside. Mihir stands in front of her house and says he will commit suicide if she doesn’t come outside and pours the kerosene on him.
 Rani gets worried seeing that and stops him from doing any stupidity. He says he knows that she will come outside to save him and proposes her.
He asks why she is not accepting him. She says he is such a useless guy so talking with him itself is a time waste for her. He should study instead of running behind her, if he continues to do like this then no girl will trust him and tells him to leave from there. He holds her hand and tells her to trust his love. She slaps him saying nothing can happen between them and leaves from there. She comes to the reality and shocks knowing Mihir become Doctor now. He looks at her without saying anything.
Episode ends.
Precap – Mihir says that day she didn’t trust him and asks is she going to repeat that again. Utsav shocks knowing Mihir become Doctor. Mihir tells them to bring the medicines in 2minutes saying their God won’t save the patient.
