The second instalment of Surbhi Chandna and Sharad Malhotra led #Bepanah music video series, i.e.Bepanah Ishq, has just hit the WWW landscape and has already clocked over 6 million views in 48 hours.

The bank robbery story of the first video, Bepanah Pyaar( 70 million YT views since launch five months back ), is taken forward in the sequel, again sung by Payal Dev and Yasser Desai. Here, both Surbhi and Sharad are running from the law. Readers will remember Surbhi plays an undercover cop who had gone rogue in the climax of the first song flipping for one of the heist team members, i.e.Sharad, who interestingly knew her truth.

The romance between Sharad and Surbhi character’s reaches full bloom in .Bepanah Ishq their chemistry is super sizzling. Surbhi looks extremely hot in a top and torn jeans. Bearded Sharad looks equally dapper (He has shed a lot of weight ). This video should be an eye-opener to those who say skin show and sex  is needed to portray love. Both hardly say any dialogues, yet their eyes speak a million words.

Kudos to the director Pryarit  Seth for shooting the 4-minutes plus video well. The getaway locations makes for an excellent scenic viewing, adding to the romantic quotient.

The melodious Tu Samna Ho song gives the music video much-needed heft. The leading lady in this op, apart from Surbhi, is singer Payal, who has also given the music besides presenting the song.

Also, smartly the makers have used different genres in the screenplay.  While the first song was action-driven,, the second is more romantic;  Bepanah Ishq ends at a high point, and we are all waiting for the finale episode to see how everything wraps up.

Kudos to the creative team for thinking out of the box by fusing a short film into a music video. Bepanah’s success might open the flood gates for several more such multi-episode songs. More the number of episodes greater the revenue potential.

The selection of Surbhi and Sharad instead of film stars reflects  the rising power and social media influence of the tube crowd. B-Towners also charge much more, affecting profitability.
